Saggy Rear End
I changed my mk1 for the foz no matter how much i tried to convince the misses i wasn't allowed to stick the baby in the boot. Was gutted but i love the foz as it's discreet and fast. Not half as much fun but a lot safer in the wet. How does the rcz drive read good reviews of them but never come across anyone who has one

Drop links changed
I polly bushed the links and arb's on my mazda hardest thing was getting underneath to reach them on that. I love the way it's so easy to do work on the underside of the foz. I bought a cheap torque rench from manchine mart they do come in usefull. Keep mime in the car, doubles up for taking wheels off as i didnt have a brace

can you clean the o2 sensor ?
From time to time mine throws up a random cel light. Can't work out why at the mo. If it's possible i'd like to try and clean the sensor and see what happens Did a basic maf unplug test and it stalled straight away (know it's not scientific shows its working at some capacity)

Where did you get the kyb's ? Had adjustable ones on my old car ant thought they were superb. Link would be useful for future reference :-)

Fair enough.. what torque values did you tighten everythong back up to. I'm gonna take a look at mine in the next week or so. They seem to be a weak point been looking back through the m.o.t advsiories and the n/s has been flagged up every other year for excessive wear. They were fairly new when i got the car but i'm just keeping an eye on them.

Plus gas always does the trick. Did you just replace them with stock items or some nice shiney upgrades ?

random cel light
Right been having a play around with car an i'm pretty sure its the o2 sensor. Devided to do a basic unplug test on the maf and the car stalled instantly so i'm geussing that it looks about right ? Run diagnostic again and it's coming up with 23 and 32 so i assume thats cos i unplugged the maf while running Off to get an o2 sensor now. Would help if i can find some ome who doesn't want my vin number to order a part as for some reason ut's nown as a gl

Some one on here was selling some self leveling foz shocks a while back. Can't remember if it was front or rear or a pair. Doesn't help matters really

gauging interest
If i wasn't driving a family wagon i'd have had two but i didn't want to look like a complete bell end with them cluttering up the dash. One for me does the job and sits quite discreetly out the way plus the misses doesn't know how much they cost so one has to be easier to explain. Toying with the idea of moving it onto the steering cowl but unsure

gauging interest
I got a oil pressure/boost gaugw from depo racing and a pod from ets. Didn't want loads of gauges everywhere so plumped for that it's a led one found it slightly easier to read at a glance Showing dual oil pressure read Oil pressure round outside boost in middle

Brake advice on an sti please
Have a word with gambit i'm not sure what year his is but he sould be able to point you in right direction. I've no experence with the newer models i take it yours is the SG then. Does yours not have sti brakes on ? Thoight the foz sti hot all the same goodies as the impreza. I cant see there beimg much problem in changing the discs as far as i'm aware it's the clearence with rims but if you've got 18in on should be laughing

Brake advice on an sti please
On the 1st gen foz just about everything i've found or bought has been interchangable with the classic impreza apart from the backbox which is a different shape and brakes which require a wheel upgrade. What year is your car ? Someone should be able to shed some light on it with the same year impreza i guess. Another thing to try is have a look at catalogue numbers on the web for strut braces and what not see if they are the same for the two cars. Whiteline wanted a fifty quid premium on a brace for mine just cos it was in the forester section. Did some research and some people from here measured some bits for me and i bought a classic impreza one fitted perfectly and saved some cash :-)

Forester plastic rear bumper protector
Haha my folks bought a folding ramp for thier collie when he got to old to climb in. Looked a right tit as he hated it. I bet all the other dogs used to laugh at him. If i was taking him anywhere i'd just launch him in the back save him the indignity of using it
