Just want to know what the normal engine oil used in the 2.0 litre turbo is.reason I ask is that I just picked up my cambelt kit, and I thought I'd get the oil/ filter while I was there and the dude gave me 10w 60 ?

My legacy is met blue with met grey wheels and people seem to comment on them as they look a little different. I'm going to put a carbon fibre grille in and under the bonnet with black/ grey samco hoses so it's not in your face but looks good

Oil pump ej20
Just doing the timing belt on the car and I've got an oil leak. ( which I knew about) it looks like its coming from the oil pump but not 100% yet. Is this a common fault and if so is it normally the gasket that needs re sealing/ replalcing or something else?

Timing belts and kits , good/ bad/ no ugly ....we don't do ugly here
Miggs make a very good point. I have read some many threads of people re using belts to same money.some do get away with it I guess, but it's the main thing that keeps it all together and isn't worth the risk EVER
