Yeah,mines asked me to play bass in a band for him for charity, which is fine. But he's a terrible singer( tone deaf) I've just left a signed band that played progressive metal and he want to do oasis covers. I don't mind helping but he's never been the one to put in any effort so he's never got any better, he just wants to be on stage and be famous! We all know it doesn't work like that. Known him 20 years now, so I'm going with it and I'll try and help him as much as I can ( even bought him a singing lesson). The rest of the band play fine so you never know. but what do they say, your only as strong as your weakest link

My piston slap goes away once warmed up,yours has done a 30 thousand more than mine though.i get paranoid with every little odd noise I here on mine due to its old age. I know one day something big will go which wont please the mrs

Importcar have a load of stuff but they won't deliver to me ? I even emailed them and they messed me around. I think it's coz I'm southern.......

Kit looks fine mate.when I done mine, the subaru place ( subaru 4u ) where I got It from.said you don't need anything heavy duty unless your going over 400 bhp,obviously I got a standard kit.i changed my oil seal (one behind the pulley wheel) as their known to leak and i had one! my thermostat ( for a couple of quid you may as well) and all the pulley wheels/ tensioner.I say "all" as I've heard of people just doing the belt which doesn't make sense to me. anyway I also changed the oil cooler crossover pipe as mine was rusty, so give it a good inspection.hope this helps mate. Evening all.i agree with ash,car looks ok. But for what he's asking it needs to be spanking inside and out with not a single stone chip in site, with a folder full of paper work including a dyno reading.also, like jay says finding that ecu is no great feat.

Your lucky mate, I've got two in mine and I never use them. I would just like to say that, I'm a member here and on another legacy site. And although its amazing for specific twin turbo issues, its much friendlier on here.( I should never of left) or the members on here are a bit weird like me

Evening evening, So I've got a leaky sunroof.ive disconnected the buttons for it as the water keeps filling up the pcb. Looking from the outside, you can see the seal at the front has lifted even with the roof fully shut.does anyone know who to fix this

Mine went through its mot fine,I'm de- catting but I'm making my own sleeve as legacy parts like that that don't always come up. Not sure about normal scoobys but mines got 2 cats, one on the primary as well which is best left due to the possiblity of over spooling up the secondary pipe so I've heard
