  4. Hello mate, what year legacy is it? As there's a couple on ebay at the moment that are being broken up for spares
  5. Yeah,we should start a new topic so we can find out who lives where and to see what interest there is to see if it'll work.i think little meets will help build the strength in the cluband big meets will be epic ,I can help with any organising or help so just ask mate
  6. I'm totally up for that,if people are dotted about the country we could do little meet ups. Then a big one with all of us every six or twelve months ?

  8. What Eve's gambit,my excuse is I'm in France and the Internet in the house is slow. Oh yeah so am I !!!
  9. Is this that tread that's been going on since the dark ages? What's the details dude and I'll check my diary.
  10. K&n are more exspensive, but their worth it.and they come with a life time guarantee hence having to oil them now and then, but I see what miggs is saying about a none oiled one Ps, I was only messing miggs. I'm not the type to get offended easily. And I totally see what your saying about the twin turbo, single turbos are so much more versatile and you can get more out of them where as the twin would really be left alone
  11. I know I've got a grandad estate but I love her booooooo ;)
  12. Hello mate, nice to see some old school models
  13. I am looking forward to clocking up some miles for meets :)
  14. I only drive mine to the gym as I've got a work van but I do my best to keep my mpg as low as possible....
  15. I read it in a thread written by a bloke that works on legacy turbos,as a reply to someone who had the problem of the secondary turbo not responding at all after installing a cone filter. Unless he got it drastically wrong and put a tinny cone on it?
  16. Welcome mate, hope your into bondage like the rest of us
  17. Sorry to jump in melbel, but what about legacy twin turbo induction kits? I've heard they run better with a standard panel filter as a cone can sometimes starve the secondary turbo or air
  18. I'm off dudes, goto be up early for work
  19. Ah yeah, that didn't even cross my mind. I've got reals of carbon wrap from my motorbike exhaust.i think I'll do that, thanks miggs for jogging my brain into action. Oi gambit, a scooby driver actually said a full blown hello to me first earlier.obviously I return the gesture like the gentleman i am
  20. Yeah that's what I thought, and they are rusty. They've got that heat shield sound, I removed part of one the other day and checked the rest was secure but it's still the same. I'm off to France for the week, but I think it'll be up on the ramps and have a proper look while the brother inlaw is pushing the accelerator
  21. I'm pretty sure the cat down pipes are f@@ked as I'm getting a really tinny rattling when the revs drop through about three thousand range.( I couldn't hear it earlier when I was doing 130 I mean 70 damn it!!) anyways Shall I get custom ones made or put standard ones back on? Either way, can anyone point me in the general direction on some
  22. I need to borrow one of those gimp masks, I'll lend you my Mexican westling one. Only used it twice and I cleaned it after
