ECU HELP

Hey everyone , I picked rex up this afternoon :) so thought id share the outcome we ended up replacing the maf along with treating her to a new aircleaner shes ALIVE ! Stoked it didnt turn out to be to much or cost to much . Can anyone tell me what should I have my boost controller set at ?

Remove it ! Dangerous things unless the cars been mapped for it.

Do you have a boost gauge fitted ? If so turn it down or off depending if mechanical or electrical and see what your standard reading is. If it's not been mapped in you run the risk of all manor of potentially engine killing scenarios

Gday stants , apparently its been mapped in iv turned it down to 10 rather than the 45 its been on untill I learn more about it along with driving my rex sensibly . And no it hasnt a boost gauge im thinking I should install one

No worries fella, at least that's reassuring to know the cars set up for it,

At least if you get a gauge you can see what low boost is and take it from there, will also show of any over boost issues too.
