Selling my Forester STI (JDM)

Super rare and very

special; The Subaru Forester STI was built by Subaru for the Japanese
domestic market only (JDM)

I sourced the vehicle through Japanese import specialists Torque GT. It took 6
months to find the perfect model. They then sent their team to check the
quality and spec of the vehicle which is Grade 4. I purchased it at auction,
then had it shipped to the UK where it underwent its Individual Vehicle
Approval (IVA) Test, got it’s BIMTA certificate of mileage verification, UK
registration on 1 January 2014 & Tax. I had the speedometer converted to
MPH and top speed delimited. It was fitted with Toad CAT1 Alarm &
Immobiliser fitted. It was given a full under body Waxoyl.

I then took the car to Subaru specialists “The Engine Tuner” who fitted it with a
Cosworth panel filter, Milltek cat-back exhaust and remapped the car to 349.1
HP (with Dyno printout).

The bodywork has had a full front end respray, roof and roof rails, rear bumper and
aero spats all professionally painted in OEM 51E Aspen White. The wheels have been refurbed and sprayed in Santorini black metallic LRC82. I also had the headlights polished. The wing
mirrors and front grill have been wrapped in gloss black.

I wanted the Brembo brake callipers to look as good as the body work, so sent them to Subaru specialists Scoobyworx  who stripped them down, removed the old
seals, cleaned inside, shot blasted, powder coated, decals applied, clear coat
powder coating and put new seals in. The brakes are immense and look fantastic

The car is serviced regularly and has had a new clutch fitted Jan 2015, full
service in May 2015 including rear pads, oil, air & pollen filters, all
fluids & oils, a/c top up and the steering rack was overhauled June 2015

I had 4x Bridgestone Potenza S001 XL fitted and 4 wheel laser geometry/alignment in March 2015

It has just touched 81000 miles with comprehensive service history and bills for modifications
and servicing totalling over £5000.

I have the Original JDM handbook and paperwork. It comes with 2 keys and 2
immobiliser fobs. There are a few stone chips commensurate with the vehicles
age I have pics if required. The car is only ever run on Shell V max or Tesco
99.

The car wants for nothing, turns heads and pulls like a train. It has the
practicality of five doors and a huge boot alongside sports car performance.

Car is priced to sell, only very close offers invited. I’m not interested in PX as
I’m selling to start a new car project.

To view the car please bring full photo ID and proof of insurance. I
am in no rush to sell the car and will not entertain tyre kickers or test
pilots. If you have any questions, or would like more photographs of the car please
contact me by email: fsti4sale@gmail.com
