Hi. I have a 1999 Impreza Turbo. I want to fit an Engine Preheater of the type that heats and circulates the coolant. It appears that the pump/heater fits in the return pipe/hose of the Interior Heater. How do I find and access this pipe/hose. If anybody has fitted one of these any comments/suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks. Mick.

Mmm not sure to be fair, I've seen the block heaters before they just plug in to one side, of you have no joy here may be worth looking at or cousins over the pond as loads of them use stuff like that in the colder regions of the states

Clifford g5 will do all of that along with setting the ac if you wish and cool down timer

pointless as well tbh. If its to warm it up you wanna start it and drive off steady for a few miles, sat with engine running doesn't allow the heat to circulate properly or heat up oil in other things like diff and gearbox

Letting it warm up sat still at least gets the engine warm. You wouldnt leave it sat till it's fully up to temp so a steady drive is always needed. Water pump and oil pump will get the heat circulating whether it's moving or not.
