H Maskill Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Three warning lights on my 2010 1.5l automatic Imreza sometimes stay on after the engine is running or they sometimes come on when the engine is running. One light indicates a problem with the engine, another relates to the anti-skid mechanism, and the third (which winks) relates to the cruise control. My local garage man (who is not a Subaru specialist) cannot find a problem, and the performance of the vehicle does not seem to be affected. Is there a real problem or is it a faulty sensor of some sort?
Scoobyghost Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 ABS light could be a sensor or cracked ring. Best bet is to get the fault code read. Doesn't need to be Subaru specialist but they will need an OBD reader.
Neil Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 Like ghost says needs code reading to be sure of fault but you could find abs and cruise control will be related as a lot use same sensor/pick up
