Fastboy67
I've very recently installed a japspeed ali radiator on my 04 sti with silicone top & bottom hoses and can't recommend it highly enough keeps the car super cool. Very reasonably price compared to the likes of mishimoto.
Fastboy67
If you go for an uprated radiator ie thicker core then be careful of your top hose. I replaced mine with silicone ones about a month ago and the top one has just split caused by it rubbing on the alternator pulley. I failed to notice that the hose was sitting closer to it due to the extra thickness of the radiator. Expensive mistake that could of been avoided by trimming the hose down by 10mm or so where it connects to the top of the radiator. 😡😡😡🙈🙈🙈🙈
