Scoobyghost
Bring a cheque book, prepare for a lot more to be wrong with your car than you ever imagined and if you do decide to leave it with them make sure they don't joy ride it. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3404946/Subaru-owner-s-anger-garage-staff-pothole-video.html
Tidgy
One incident doesn't represent a company. if that was the case i think every one would be out of business. 20+ years experience in everything from road to rally, track to gymkhana, still trading under the original name. very very few companies can say that ;) Pay a visit and choose for yourself :)
aucky
@Rkidder if your traveling then sheffield subaru services.

Scoobyghost
Do plenty of research on who you decide to use. I have a family friend mechanic or try to do most myself. Maybe get some tools for Xmas? 😊
Rkidder
I've had a few issues with my wrx that I've sorted now, cost me an arm and a leg. I have no faith in unity leicester so I wanted someone from around the area. So thanks for all the info. Aucky I'm up in Sheffield a lot ( great music scene) so I'll check them out thanks
Paul_JJ
The only mechanic in the UK I would recommend is TIM. Simply the best mechanic I ever experienced. You can trust this, he also doesn't cost an arm and a leg. The only downside is that you'll have to wait for a month or so to get to him. https://www.facebook.com/tbdevelopments/ He is a Toyota specialist, however I'm sure he could advise in regards to Subaru as well.
