Scubzjames
Hi, I know this kind of thing is often talked about. Maybe too often but hey. So with my 04 sti I would like to be somewhere max 340 BHP. I have a couple of things In my head I am going to do to achieve this figure or somewhere close to hopefully. I am looking at de-cat exhaust Uprated fuel pump Up rated panel filter And that's it to be honest so i was wondering if with those done and the engine being healthy do you think I would achieve this figure and if not what would you think I would be looking at. I don't really want to put a big air Intake or have a FMIC or anything that looks different because I want to keep the car looking as standard as possible because that's how I like it. If it was running at that kind of power or close to with those little mods would it be a "reliable runner" or something you would call "highly tuned" and possibly in reliable to a degree haha. Hope that all makes sense [emoji106][emoji6] Sent from my iphone using Tapatalk
stants
Depends how well it takes to mapping, some make good power@mfnick was making about 350ish iirc with not many mods not sure if he'd changed turbo's or not, been a while Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
savage bulldogs
Id add a 3 port boost solenoid to the list , if you haven't got 1 already . Unsure what turbo you have but if its a vf34 or vf35 youd should see 330hp ish with the mods you've listed .Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
Tidgy
Simple fuel pump, decat and map, then add in a panel filter and possibly a 3 port as savage says and your gonna be at the limit of the turbo. how far you go beyond that is really down to your wallet. mfnick
Yea on my 53 plate STi I just had panel filter, 3" decat turbo back exhaust, uprated fuel pump and 3 port Solenoid, made 347bhp and around 330ftlb. All will make different power obviously but with those mods you should get around 340bhp
Scubzjames
Cool. Would the walbro 255 fuel pump be a good choice? Sent from my iphone using Tapatalk
