I was originally looking for one in Subaru blue, but most that had low mileage had been re-mapped and I was advised I dint need it Power wise you dont however a specific map instead of the generic flash you have matches to your car, it also removes some of the factory tolerances which have the car designed to operate in different climate ranges etc. Some members have had better midrange response and fuel economy with an bespoke map over standard Not essential but something to consider

April 14, 20187 yr Author Thanks all yes I will come and say to whoever is there. I used to have a silver Impreza WRX before this, a Subaru Legacy and a Mitsubishi Lancer. Love this car the most!
