Is there a site/tool that we can use to look up subaru part numbers, instead of just phoning up a dealers maintenance desk?

I'm wanting to get a couple of bits, and whilst i can hunt ebay for the right bits (eg 81608GA110) - it's all Subaru USA, so i don't know if the codes are US specific.

I use the us sites to initially identify part numbers then search on ICP or ebay or Japanese import sites to see if they match
