Gambit Posted December 11, 2013 Author Posted December 11, 2013 I think Subaru would sell so many more cars with good advertisements like these :)
Iain-WRX Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 I think Subaru would sell so many more cars with good advertisements like these :) I'm sure they would, apart from the first video some do Gooder would campaign against them for cruelty to animals!
Scooby Pete Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 1st one reminded me of the ford or was it VW add based on pigeon ****.
Gambit Posted December 12, 2013 Author Posted December 12, 2013 I can't remember which car it was myself but do remember the add :)
Scooby Pete Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 it was Ford Ka Sport Evil twin campaign. 1
Gambit Posted December 12, 2013 Author Posted December 12, 2013 Good adverts. I do think the car companies make some of the best adds.
mfnick Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 They're great. Problem is they aren't allowed to make official ads like that. Like you say there's the animal do goodies for the pigeon one and the other wouldn't pass because it "promotes fast and dangerous" - or fun - driving. You're also not allowed to use performance as a buying point anymore if I remember rightly. Remember the **** Toyota got for their GT86 ad? And they did theirs using CG to try and get through one of the loopholes - you can show fast, fun driving as long as it's not real, ie in computer and computer game forms. They still got a battering for it. It's !Removed! stupid.
Gambit Posted December 12, 2013 Author Posted December 12, 2013 I'd get on to turn 10 let them do my car adverts ;) hopefully they would be able to give some free car packs away then :D
