LUIGI-3 Posted February 11, 2014 Author Posted February 11, 2014 wow 100w ? are you not dazzling others? or any probs with fuses getting blown?
Miggs Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 i had some 100w H4's and was always getting flashed at, i fitted some Osram nightbreaker bulbs and that made a vast improvement, euro car parts are selling decent HID kits with a 12month warranty for £40 but sadly not the H4 fitment, as they are dipped and main beam you'd need H4-3 bulbs, ecp ones are just dipped beam in HID, not that you would need a full beam with HID's, their kits are 8000k and don't dazzle oncoming traffic like the 5&6000k ones
quit Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 It's all back roads round mine but only had one person flash me but I was coming up a slight hill ( massive hill for fenland )
Jay762 Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I ran the 150w h4's but they are only used as a high beam on the hatchback - very effective for the chelsea tractors and big Audis that seem to think it is their God given right to drive around on high beam all the time :D
Gambit Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I paid an extra £3 for 3 years instant replacement and lost the reciept already :D I can't even find the packaging
BlackBosh Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I recommend Halfords Bogof ultra brilliance or whatever they're called in both my cars, cheap but actually pretty good Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
