March 23, 201213 yr Looking awesome mate! I use dodo juice Shampoo and blackfire polish, with a nice final coat of dodo juice candy wax. I do use autoglum for touch ups and other bits ;)
April 24, 201213 yr Dont disagree that Autoglym is good - especially the HD wax!!! My choice is Meguiars, always used it and never disappointed with the results!!! However, I must confess I am a bit of a detailing freak, so here is my routine for preparing for the shows: Washed with snowfoam and rinsed off, clay barred with Meguiars detailing clay (only once a year now) Washed again with snowfoam and rinsed Wash with Meguiars Ultimate wash and wax - 2 bucket method and lambswool mits - this is fantastic stuff if you haven't got the time or cant be bothered with all the waxing and polishing. Polish with Meguiars Swirl-X Polish again with Meguairs Ultimate Polish Seal with Meguiars no 7 Wax - now this is where I have had a change - Dodo Juice Blue velvet pot wax (love the results of this) Detail with Meguiars Ultimate detailer Dash cleaned with Poorboys natural look interior cleaner Tyres trimmed with Meguiars Endurance Tyre Gel Exterior / Engine hoses and plastics - trimmed with Meguiars trim detailer And breath........... think thats it Oh no forgot glass cleaner and Plasti-X but you get the picture and No I dont work for Meguiars
January 23, 201411 yr I'm a meguairs convert too. Use the clay treatment every 6 months or so. My routine is a bit less thorough than yours.... Rinse Wash with Meguairs next gen car shampoo Rinse, dry Clay with Meguairs clay bar, using Meguairs speed detailer as lube Polish with Autoglym resin polish....good at hiding those swirls Wax with dodo juice Alloys treated with Meguairs spray on cleaner, then autoglym alloy wheel seal Tyres treated with Meguairs endurance tyre gel Glass polished with Autoglym glass polish Also use Meguairs ultimate compound to remove those paint imperfections and light scratches....it really is magic stuff. Think that's about the lot
January 23, 201411 yr Only ever used it once and couldn't fault it to be fair Meguiars I mean but I've been using Mer of late and some Autoglym alloy wheel clean been happy with it.
April 3, 201411 yr Autoglym is good but dodo juice is better :-) I use poor boys black hole polish followed by dodo juice purple haze. Leaves the paint like glass and very smooth Wanting to get full dodo juice set when poorboys polish runs out

This stuff is amazing and non acid.
