Mel i got a sheet off ebay and made a cardboard template of the hole, then cut the mesh and fitted, but taken it off again now as the red was just too much, going to paint the mesh black and re do it again. Have plenty of mesh left in red. Of course Mel we need pictures when you add mods like that ;) Mike

Stripped the grills and primed and painted the inner rims Steve, the hardest part was getting the grills out lol

Front Grill now finished with Red edging and new Red STI badge :)

Welcome mate i have just done sarahs rear lights as well, does look awesome. Just dont use it on the headlights, whilst they say you can it does affect the beam pattern come MOT time

Looking awesome mate! I use dodo juice Shampoo and blackfire polish, with a nice final coat of dodo juice candy wax. I do use autoglum for touch ups and other bits ;)

Guys i have a 2007 Hawkeye with PPP pack and Exhaust, i dont know whether its because its the 2.5Lt engine but the exhaust note does not seem as loud as other Impreza's driving around. This has got me thinking about ow to get a better sound out of it, bit more grunt and burble. Any thoughts or recommendations ? Mike ;)

Hi Guys and Girls, Obviously SOC is a new club and just starting out, as such for a while it is going to be quiet and take time to get established. There is a bonus however is that it is also a blank canvass in regards to a Subaru owners club, it does not have a pre determined set up or areas like most other clubs. We also appreciate there are many other well established clubs out there and that naturally the majority of SOC members will belong to other clubs. We see this as a benefit as members will have experience of frequenting other clubs and forums and therefore can participate in this thread. With the above in mind how would you like to see SOC going forward so that we can build a family friendly enthusiast site ? All ideas and thoughts welcome and its something we can take onboard as we develop. Mike ;)

The Guys at Xtreme are sound, they willl be getting my Hawkeye for service and any other work needed doing. ;) ;)

I have a forge one on my hawk eye and it's very loud but does sound and work well. Not done a filter yet but will change soon ;)

I have fitted a Pioneer double din head unit which has all the gadgets to use bluetooth, SD card, Ipod and Dvd player as well. Really impressed with it as the Impreza has a funny dash so not many fit well. Incidently i have the single din genuine suburu pocket up for grabs if anyone needs one and is planning a single din install. So show us and tell us what you got in yours :)

I have enjoyed driving the car and so no major modifications as yet, but heres a few pictures of what i have done so far Wheels painted Graphite gloss New STI logos fitted to front foglamp covers Rear Lights covered with Flyeyes Tint Interior changes new Pioneer doube din head unit Carbon Fibre Gear Surround Black Suburu Gear Knob Retro fitted my own boost gauge in modified vent Hope you like and i will keep updating the thread as new items completed ;)
