OBD 11 READER

Featured Replies

Have been trying to read the OBD11 from a 2006 Legacy 3.0 R spec B without success.  Have so far tried a cheap £30 reader from ebay as well as a Elm 327, all without success.  The cheapy does not link and the Elm connects but does not display any data when using computer.   :(

Does anyone have a recommended reader that works with the Subaru that will not break the bank - something that will read and clear engine codes.  would love a full blown reader that reads auto box and ABS codes but probably out of my reach.  Saying that, any recommendations?

Thanks all,

Stephen

i got the AutoLink AL319 what is working with my06 Forester or a iPad/iPhone WiFi dongle and DashCmd

even made a YouTube video but my YouTube channel is now dead as Google = and i refuse to be forced in all kind of accounts like Google+ etc

Thanks both.  I have just ordered a bluetooth module - will see if that works.
