  1. Anyone any interest
  2. Currently organising a group buy. head over and register on scoobynet.com https://www.scoobynet.com/scoobynet-general-1/1057339-zunsprt-grill-group-buy.html
  3. 4 new mitchlen pilot sport 4 tyres fitter earlier in the week. And today fitted the Perrin radiator shroud and belt cover. Induction kit to be powder coated then also fitted (perrin cai)
  4. Talk to Roger Clark motor sport or Scoobyclinic advise them on budget and current setup and they will give you the best recommendations.
  5. Is the new engine standard or modified? If your seriously considering spending 10k on mods then you could do a complete overall of the suspension. Coilovers, antirollbar bars, replace all drop links and bushings etc. Tein flex Z and miestrr and bc Coilovers all have good recommends. Let's say go all out and spend total 2.5k the other, 7.5k could be useful for forging the engine and might see u push mid to high 400s on the power
  6. It's down to preference oh what you order, So hoses £300, the your probably looking £200 for labour and replacement coolant But priority would be to find the leaking hose and get clip replaced ASAP as if will go without warning Www.mishimoto.co.uk
  7. Perrin Front Strut Brace Was $245 Now recuced to $90 I've already sent an email to get estimates for shipping. Could definitely work out alot cheaper the cheapest in stock in UK are from VIP motorsport at £245 ($324 usd) Any interest?
  8. Smelling under the bonnet get ur nose and eyes up close the burning coolant will be pretty irritating to your eyes. That's what got me and helped me find mine. It was something as simple as a corroded hose clip, randomly on and off for a week I got random amounts of "vapour" once very prominent coming from under the bonnet. By the time my mechanic could look the hose clip completely failed so a £1 broken clip cost me £200(cost of towing, new coolant and labour) Even if small amount is leaking you will have some sort of sign water marks or wetness. Because of this I've order Mishitmoto radiator hoses, ancillaries and also intercooler along with tbolt clips
  9. Contact the DVLA with a legitiment reason and they will give you the registered keepers details https://www.gov.uk/request-information-from-dvla Or ask them to forward your contact information to the registered keeper.
  10. Likewise. Only had mine 8 weeks now, and unfortunately after 2 weeks of ownership, my top radiator clip failed due to coroded clip. So ive ordered Red colour matched Mishimoto radiator hoses, Ancillaries and about to also order the Intercooler hoses. Once received ill also order up a full set of Stainless steel Tbolt clamps so the same issure doesnt reoccur in the future. If can find the cash might also upgrade turbo inlet pipe at same time. I also picked up a perrin cold air intake kit reduced from to £200 and waiting delivery on the red perrin radiator and belt cover. the intake was black so gona pay £30-40 for it to be powder coated to match so will still be a good overall saving
  11. Pretty much similar mods to that of a wrx sti with prodrive pack.
  12. not worth the cost of a replacement if your having other issues as weel. drive it into a wall and call ur insurance and see what they offer you lol
  13. Cam belt is covered so hes probally been refering to the alternator/power steerign belts.
  14. would all depend on the location of the damage.
  15. What was the ride / handling quality line with the Eibach. had them all on previous "cheap" non sports orintated cars so difference was massive to handling. Not wanting to comprimise ride quality too much. thinking using them alon with an uprated 24mm rear ARB
  16. On a completely stand engine 370bhp would be pushing the saftey limits. Also the standard injectors and/or fuel pump would be struggling. A safe 370Bhp would have needed alot of money spend http://www.scoobyclinic.com/performancetuning.htm 2.5 Impreza STi 2008 to 2011 Hatch Performance Package 1 Price (all prices are +VAT) Cat back quad exit exhaust fitted £950.00 Package deal price £950 Note: More a release of the Subaru signature burble than a power pack but its the first thing that needs addressing and not only does it make the car sound as it should in keeping with its character but it also adds 5 to 10 BHP free of charge. Performance Package 2 Price (all prices are +VAT) Same as Perfomance Package 1 plus: £950 Sports cat fitted £950 Re map £550 Package deal price £2,450 Approx. power figures: 330 BHP 360 FTLB Performance Package 3 Price (all prices are +VAT) Same as Perfomance Package 2 plus: £2450.00 SC36 billet turocharger £999 Cold air induction kit £199.99 Perrin inlet pipe £187.99 3 port boost solenoid £99.99 Fuel injectors, ID 1000 cc £440 Fuel Pressure Regulator £275 Labour £660 Package deal price £5344 Approx. power figures: 370 BHP 375 FTLB
  17. contact either the scoobyclinic and/or rogerclark motor sport. Both highly regards in impreza tuning should be able to help point you in the right direction
  18. Hi All, Picked this up over the last few weeks. Been wanting an impreza for many years and finally made it happen. 2006 Black Hawkeye Prodrive Preformance Pack High Flow (Zero Resistance Sports CAT) Stage 1 AP Clutch Kit Unsure of BHP but estimate at around 320-330BHP ( Massive power boost over my 140BHP Hyundai Coupe lol) Unfortunately 10days ago i had an unfortunate unexpected cost. Top Radiator clip snapped. So resulted in a Tow, replacement clip and full coolant change. I've also just ordered a set of Michile pilot Sport 2 tyres. Will be an upgrade over the budge Khumos that are on it at the minute Would anyone have any recommendations on "Essential Upgrades" to make the car even better ( E.G all my previous cars ive upgraded suspension - mainly Eibach Pro Springs) Thanks
