Have forums had their day??
Hi, I would like to join the owner's club and get more involved in the scene but I've noticed that the forums all seem really quiet...I've been away from Subarus for a few years and it seemed busier back then...I'd like to be an active member on the forum, car club scene and 'do' stuff in my car with other enthusiasts/nerds... Has Facebook ruined it? I'm not on FB so i don't really know....and have never even logged in!! I'm serious..!! everything i hear about social media is negative....

A Sad Day
Call Scoobyclinic in Chesterfield mate. They usually have several engines in stock and awaiting rebuilds..Depending on the condition of the car and how much you love her, she could be worth a rebuild..JDM's are getting rarer and good ones have strong resale values...The only other alternative is stripping her for parts which is a hassle but you'll probably make a fair few quid, although it may be a long slog,

Decat exhaust Mot Issue ?
If it's an import then iirc it doesn't require a cat because it doesn't need to meet EU regulations.

Classic Type R wide body
Here's my "22R" built by Scoobyclinic. The original car was 30k mile V4 Type R, but has had a complete nut and bolt rebuild. 2.1 forged stroker..She's a beauty.
