Hello mate welcome to S.O.C I'll be honest mate Alarms I'm no good with at all. I can mess about with the key fobs and do what I need to but installing one and taking one out I've never done it sorry. Hopefully one of the others members might be able to help. But might get a quicker response asking in the electrical and security section of the forum :)

Yeah I know they kick out some sound :) if it had been the Nur Spec I'd have had it myself, if it had been Milltek I know someone else who would have had it :( typical that though. I hate a few cyclist for bad habits like that in town and seem to have a few on the country roads that do the same. my pet hate is when they have about 3 or 4 side by side of each other on the country roads. Or the guy wearing his !Removed! skintight cycle clothing that instead of moving in a bit comes out more towards the middle of the road, and then pedals faster with his !Removed! in the air waving at you like a fat woman at the back of a conger wearing leggings.

No worries mate if your's look's like the WRX hopefully be the same fix does mean swapping a few wires and cutting a pin out to blank it. But as I said before Ive seen a few people just say they swapped them over and was fine

I've been there had an m3 nice car's and its acceptable to drive like a nob. But wouldn't go for another one unless it was that one on top gear at the weekend. Very tale happy even on wet leaves.

I think it was bitman who said the red grease is best to use. KY jelly I find is best for me. [emoji6] Not tried it myself but think I need some my front n/s has just started to make a noise when warm and light braking. [emoji19]

Oh and yes some companies do offer a service to match the mileage up for you. I've not had this done before but have seen it being advertised :D

I have some lube if it will help ease it in ;) I know we had one member that looked on the states sites and got some cheaper delivered from there. Or Canada I can't remember which but might be worth checking them out before you bend over :D
