I'll take it to a professional to be done I just want to see one. After seeing how easy they remove it from the lights I want to know ho it stays sealed :)
  2. Pete I think need to look at how to make the donation and to claim the stickers a bit clearer. Clicking on those links just takes you to other pages with no guidance for others to make a donation and get the sticker.
  3. Opps I miss read what you meant with cost of mods. I thought you was asking what people had spent on them not cost of them through the insurance :( sorry mate :)
  4. S.O.C is proud to be a "hands off" forum in moderating terms, thinking that members are mostly adults and can self moderate their own posts. But where this self moderating is lacking in opinion of the moderating team, steps will be taken. Trolling/Flaming/Bashing/Baiting We respect the right of everyone to express their opinions without fear of being attacked or personally insulted. Feel free to debate strongly and offer firm opinions. Any form of direct or indirect personal attack or harassment of any member or their car is unacceptable behaviour and is not tolerated. If you find something extreme or offensive posted on the boards, do not respond to it, privately or publicly, Keep in mind that even though you are sitting behind your computer, you are still having a conversation with a human being. PM a moderator they will be happy to review the messages and, if inappropriate, will edit or delete it, and take further action if needed. We do not want to see: Racism, hatred, violent language, threats, real-life threats, insults, extreme vulgar language, flaming, otherwise inappropriate or hurtful language, harassment, grammar policing. Cross-Posting If you have something to post and you're not sure which board it belongs in, do not post it in more than one board. If the administrators or moderators think it would fit better in another location, it will be moved there. Duplicate threads only serve to create confusion. What happens if I see a thread/post which has broken a rule? The moderating team are here to help. If you find there are members that are breaking the rules or come across a post you believe has broken the rules, please report it via a PM or using the "Report this post" button at the bottom of every post, and let the forum staff take care of the problem. For newbies, a friendly reminder or link to the Rules Forum or a simple explanation is considered a Good Samaritan Gesture. If anyone in a thread points out politely that you may be violating a rule, do not reply in turn with attitude. Please Do Not Post in All Upper Case Posting in upper case often denotes “SHOUTING” and is generally seen as not polite. FOR SALE & WANTED DIRECTIVES / RULES All members and forum users are under obligation not to place a For Sale/Wanted post anywhere else on the forum for their benefit, other than in the For Sale/Wanted section. Ebay link/s are permitted to be included with a item description. Please ensure pictures are visible either within your post or the Ebay link/s. Family and friends cars for sale are permitted to be placed by members, and it is your responsibility to ensure that all pictures and descriptions are accurate and that you have their permission. I want to see one that's been done. I've seen the youtube videos. But want to see one up close they make it look easy to peel it off. Might end up seeing a Blobeye done before too long if I can see one up close :)
  8. Hi mate our rules can be found HERE But I hope you understand, as club moderators we like to know who people are to keep the club and it's members safe along with their cars. So we like to check these things we're not trying to be funny with you. I'm always happy to help others if they help us. I can see the magazine was Created on 2009-03-04 and Expires on 2015-03-04 http://www.maxrevs.co.uk/ And it's based in Durham via http://www.iomart.com/ But because your a non profit it does make it hard for me to find anything to much but I do think you're genuine enough and have noticed the cars on your site don't have reg plates showing or anything. So I take it if any of our members or friends want to have pictures of their cars shared they can have reg's blanked out and just basic info of mods and BHP. ?
  9. I'd dread to look back and think but know some people have spent near 20k plus
  10. Still not a bad price that for the car.
  11. Not a problem, always better to be safe than sorry. Especially with sexual predators like me around
  12. I like this idea, least people are getting something to go with a donation. And great way to remember a brilliant genuine guy that did a lot for the Subaru family.
  13. Hence why I've asked for more info. [emoji6] knowing how big the stolen car market is a broad of British cars. I'd never want any of our members being put in that situation via the forum or any other means. Lack of info given doesn't help. If you look at when Fifth Gear came here he introduced himself with names and among other details I could check credentials. And was quick to reply. To when I was posting [emoji2] you would think they would want to promote the online magazine if nothing else too.
  14. Nice one mate perseverance is key and got you the results you wanted just in time for Christmas. [emoji2]
  15. Haha so he says. Drifting and crashing doesn't count [emoji106]
  16. I'd ask dan from flux on here he should be able to help with any questions. Be interesting to see what he says.
  17. Hi mate I know a few people might be interested. I will have a word with a friend of mine. Hes had 11 car's on the front covers of many magazine's. But is it ok to have some more info on the magazine.
  18. Well some good news then. Glad to hear it's now sorted. Time for the smiles again [emoji2]
  19. Already put my winter order in. Some great deals not to be missed. [emoji2]
  20. Sorry mate about the late reply. I can measure mine if that helps
  21. Thanks for quick response Steve much appreciated. [emoji106] And the polo top's spot on warn it today with pride doing tje awful Christmas shopping [emoji15] but least I looked good [emoji2]
  22. Emailed Steve for you mate.
  23. Ok I'll pass it on I must admit doesn't look great. Like an Iron on transfer.
  24. Same near me I live near a sea front they all race down there and use a car park for handbrake turns. I find these are the younger lads that have not long past the test. Or a few whose Mummy and Daddys have just bought them a bigger better car than their mates and showing off. But the others seem to just park up maybe give it a bit as they drive past but nothing I would say that needed to be looked at or banned.
  25. I'll pass the message on no good buying club stuff and it being that bad mate, I'd say Steve doesn't even know if he's getting them sent straight from the printers. So all feedback is important.
