Hi mate welcome to S.O.C As for the meets not to sure worth asking in the regional selection of the forum, we do like too and try to work with local clubs like Kent, South Yorkshire, Surrey to name a few but some clubs get a bit funny not sure why and won't deal with another club even though we're not a local club.

Check your belt see how loose that is. I'd try figure which side it is and check pads for the amount of meat on them inside and out. And why you have it jacked up give the wheel if it has play in it might be the bearing going.
