  1. I know it's hard one to call but I think I'd rather have died :( I'd rather be put to sleep never to wake up than have that happen. Might be selfish in some peoples eyes. But would you let a dog suffer like that... After seeing what Alzheimers and disabled people from the neck down are put through I would choose death :(

  3. Nice and from your technical jargon wasn't to bad I understood what you meant :D With the flashing ECU best bet would get a code reader OBDII Bluetooth adapter from ebay and Torque Pro from the app store you can read the codes clear them and see if they come back. If they do post them up be able to tell you what it is :D Hopefully be able to give you some more technical jargon if it needs any work to tell the garage :D But fingers crossed it's just old stored codes or something simple :)

  16. Well :( Michael Schumacher latest: F1 legend ‘will remain an invalid for the rest of his life’ Michael Schumacher “will remain an invalid for the rest of his life”, said leading medical expert Erich Riederer. The F1 racing driver emerged from his coma on 16 June, yet numerous top medical practitioners have said since that his prognosis might not be as significant as some may have thought. “He will remain an invalid all his life and will always remain dependent on others' help,” said neurology specialist Riederer. He added that Schumacher will have “permanent” damage and that it will be a ”success“ if he manages to sit up unaided within the next three months and operate an electric wheelchair within six months. However, he said that his coma awakening was still “positive”. "It is an incredibly positive message when someone wakes up after being in a coma for half a year,” he continued. “For him it is positive, but also for his family, this is hugely important.” Earlier this week, Schumacher’s former doctor, Gary Hartstein, warned that the former F1 champion could be in a “minimally conscious state”. His view reaffirms the words of medical experts, who said that only one in ten patients who spent so many months in a coma went on to recover all or most of their mental and physical capacities. Schuamacher’s manager, Sabine Kehm, released a statement on 16 June, which said that “he is not in a coma anymore” and will “continue his long phase of rehabilitation”. He has since been moved from Grenoble university hospital in France to Lausanne hospital in Switzerland, nearer to this family home. The racing car driver suffered severe head injuries after a skiing accident in French ski resort, Meribel on 29 December 2013.

  19. F1's latest idea to ramp up excitement levels looks set to get the green light, with a proposal to follow safety car periods with standing starts approved at a meeting earlier this week. The idea to do away with rolling starts, which was first proposed by F1's Strategy Group, gained momentum when it was approved by the F1 Commission on Wednesday. It now needs to be passed by the FIA's World Motor Sport Council when it in turn meets next week, although it's understood that the practicalities must still be worked on if the change is to be implemented next season. There would be no change to the current procedure after the safety car's introduction - with cars being allowed to pit, form a queue behind the safety car and unlap themselves if necessary. Thereafter, however, they would form on the grid in race order and wait for the lights. There's no doubt that the spectacle created by a standing start is behind the move, although it does raise the prospect of creating circumstances where even more accidents might occur. Safety in the pit lane would also be an issue. At present, team personnel located on the pitwall must stand in the garage at the start of the race; presumably, then, they would have to do the same during subsequent starts. Furthermore, concerns have been raised in some quarters that any advantage the race leader gains from dictating the pace prior to the re-start would also be lost.
  20. The Air filter isn't oiled is it. ? that will give you problems. :(
  21. I park it in a garage at night but leave it outside in the day. If ever wanted to drop a bomb with good effect. I'd get Scientist to look how they could get birds to drop them perfect shot every time :) must get about 3 or 4 direct hits on it a day :(
  22. Weird most give me a thumbs up a wave hand out the window or a flash... Of the lights I know how you lot think it's me that flashes the privates ;)
  23. I'm not surprised at all if it's been modified it's subtle. If I could have had room for another car in my life I'd have maybe offered to buy it too :D
  24. Where I live we have Swallows that come here to spawn some young and I'm sure where I park my car in the day it's a direct flight path of fly by poops. Washed it last week and hadn't even finished the C@nts had landed two on the roof
