Halfrauds can mix some up in a paint spray can. I spray it into the lid and get a paint brush to apply it. I've seen place's on ebay that make touch up pens too match but not tried them.

That part I'm not sure :) might get lucky and be able to get one of the bay. But have thought a local custom exhaust place would be best bet.

Yeah piston slap by the sounds of it mine also does it a little bit when cold in the morning this time of year. but in the summer it's hardly noticeable

If you're happy to get under the car to change it when the MOT is due I'd say do it. But I have a friendly MOT man for the cat so I've never had to worry about it :) I just hope he doesn't retire anytime soon :D

Nice job mate glad to hear it. I told you it's a pain in the !Removed! though ;) I hate doing them and the back one is by far the worst I've even known people to leave it and not change it I do wonder if that's why a lot of people get misfires on Cylinder 4 codes. But least it's done now and you know what to expect on the next attempt.... More swearing ;)
