  1. Nice job mate glad to hear it. I told you it's a pain in the !Removed! though ;) I hate doing them and the back one is by far the worst I've even known people to leave it and not change it I do wonder if that's why a lot of people get misfires on Cylinder 4 codes. But least it's done now and you know what to expect on the next attempt.... More swearing ;)
  2. Brake* jeez can a man get no slack after a few drinks :D Think I need a break from you lot ;)
  3. If you are down that way have a word with Scooby Pete he's local to you. might be able to advise someone local also he's a good bloke also does local meet's for use via Surrey Scoobies so he know's a few people too :D And second JGM
  4. does the noise happen when you break ?
  5. Hello mate welcome to S.O.C have lot's of people from sheffield on here so please feel free to have a look around the forum and join in all a good.... Nope Great bunch on here.
  6. I've had a drink now, school tomorrow work won't be fun :( I will PM a link to download it from :)
  7. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C only advice I can give give it a service if you are worried that it's not been done other than that if it's been looked after well nothing to worry about. But any problems please feel free to ask, we have a great bunch on here. Very friendly I think only people without a sense of humour wouldn't like this forum :D Bias view I know ;)
  8. You're more than welcome I forgot you was on about a forester. Haha the profile picture I'm blaming that ;) I think the MAFS is apart of the airbox or a part of the pipe that comes off it. I don't have a picture of the engine on a 2002 but I do have a workshop manual if that would be of any help :D
  9. You're welcome :) And I haven't either certainly not a common fault :) And it's where I would start with the airlock and just keep an eye on it see how it goes.
  10. I guess it had to be something simple ;) But good news at least :D
  11. It's not what you know it's who you know so they say :D
  12. I take it to my mate for that I'm not spending £2000 on the same thing he has :D and I get to use it for free well he does it I just stand and watch ;) after he's made me a cuppa tea he's good like that.
  13. Very handy for new buyers than to keep insurance down :)
  14. Looks like a great car to me ideal for anyone looking for a fresh untouched car. we have lot's of new members that joining looking for car's so hopefully one will be a buyer for you :)
  15. Oh and the bluetooth adaptors and torque pro is well worth it to have I swear by it :D
  16. Not heard of that before. But if I see another Scoob I will make an effort to park up next to it :D
  17. I'd check under the bonnet I'm sure it's there I think it's the passenger side but don't hold me to that :D
  18. I don't think it will be that unless it's been left with and old fuel filter in from new and some how got a bit of crap through. Or a bad build up of carbon. So I guess it could happen I should never say never :) I'm thinking it's a boost leak myself. something's come loose somewhere I would almost put money on it :D
  19. I think all Subaru's do that mine does it I can turn the key so far but wont start I just hit the button and it starts. It's not really bothered me to be fair :D Not sure if this can be changed with the Security key pad or not.
  20. We have a full list HERE if it has been raced will show lap times who came 1st and so on. But we do 3 races and the 1st one is F1 Nurburgring and the next two below that :)
  21. Well can tick them off the list then :( I would check all the pipes for splits or come loose or maybe got a kink some how still have some PSI so I guess thats a good sign :)
