  1. Good luck with the sale mate. Im sure you will be ok to link it to the add also And I have to say she look's nice
  2. I had a matt black on my wheel's but the metalic does look nice when it's been cleaned and sunny. Ready for summer :D With your scoop's I have said it before but depend's how good you can match it up or if your paying a bodyshop. Silver for me. But I think you would get away with the black even the same black you do your wheel's. But would need to match the roof scoop also. Rear spoiler keep silver Will leave that choice to you mate :D
  3. Just remeber to slacken off the bolts around it 1st think there is 3 bolt's (mind's going must be old age :D) other wise you wont budge it, once you have it tight enough not to tight mind tighten it all up again. should be able to have a small amount of movement in it I would say about nearly 90 degrees turn on the belt with your thumb and finger. Will upload a picture later if you have not sorted it out yet ;)
  4. Now that the sort of video's I Iike to see. was better after 2,40 with the pure sound's. I'm looking foward to seeing it even more out of the testing stage now. And over 5000 hour's of development... Just like me with my on road car :D
  5. Well looking at the roof scoop look's black, so I think you could get away with it myself. But as I said before not easy to match up as I'm doing with my roof scoop's now lol. And look's load's better already, I see what you mean about the wheel's sort of look better now them sticker's have gone. (Did I just say that) But I would still change them black, more so if your going with the black and silver look. I had my Focus black and silver looked nice with the window tint's added.
  6. Would be my 1st guess Power steering belt, like Davsurfa has said. If you can't find what you need on google mate PM me or reply on here I will upload a picture with what you need to do, very easy fix. (He say's) I did mine the other day funny enough, and with out thinking started to tighten up the wrong one and snapped my AC belt tensioner :D But it is easy to fix.
  7. Welcome mate Love buyeye's :D myself Get some picture's up. I like picture's just like I do in book's ;)
  8. Myself I would go silver bonnet, and do the vent's the same. But know it's not easy to get a match, so for ease would keep the bonnet silver and look at just doing the vent's black. But that depend's how good you are at spraying :) I'm just doing 2 roof scoop's at the min one's on doing the second now, just using rattle can's. And I'm SOOOoooo glad to hear it's going :D
  9. I wouldn't do it myself. And for the same reason I can't help you with your question, and why I would not do it is I don't know much about having it done. other then it's cheaper to run But your's is a sport's so can't see there being any problem's but you will lose some BHP I believe
  10. I know when I 1st ever drove one after I had just bought one, I was coming out of the town driving back home went past 2 and they both waved I thought to myself I bet they think I'm they guy I have just bought it from. Took me a few weeks going past other driver's before I got the jist :D But I agree I do like it I stopped riding bike's myself now after I had a biggish accident on my old YZ500. Thought about moving over to on road bike's. But with the cost's of Subaru's I'm afraid th bike's another Lotto winner now :D

  18. By the sound's of it. It's what is known as... Big End Bearing!..... I'm in no mean's a mechanic but that's what sound's like has gone to me. Your welcome to google more detail's on this. Or I can link you to some place's. As for where you stand, I would not like to say :( Seem's to be luck of the draw but a commen falt with any boxer engine. not just Subaru. 24. Came across these, thought they was intresting and gives a small history and technical details on how they build Subaru's.
  25. A lot of money after buying the car, but looking at the cost of what you could be paying I tend to agree. It might be worth it in the long run. But I think I would see how it goes for now. :D
