I've had a few classics , I always change the belt and pulleys !
The rads leak so need to check its good as you don't want it overheating
Clutch / crunchy box is normal but I prefer to avoid them
Diff whine is annoying
Oil leaks around the rocket covers will give a burnt oil smell not a major job tho
logically it hasnt changed owners.... BUT this is the dvla
logic doesnt come into it! (neither does having a rep mobile to a subaru lol!! .. joke!)
I would say you wont get it removed as it has changed hands. its not like it was dropped off at the garage for a service. My dad got banned years ago and had ot put the car into my mums name for legal reasons and they couldnt get it removed

remember turbo back systems wont pass a mot easily, And they are generally quite loud ! (my tsl was 110 DB as snoopy said above)
i did decide yes, till i popped into them today, It cant be done or it cant be done for less than 600 quid!!
SO now im looking at painting them to match the body and then hydro dipping them with a ghost carbon print so its not in your face!!
once they are bonded on no going back!
