Then the legal team get involved and they just look at cost of fighting over cost of paying out, generally costs £2000 for them to fight so if you're under that it's pretty rare they'll actually go to court. There's also a Netflix rumour that they've offered full control over any programme they make. I mean Top Gear has gone, even if it keeps going we all know it'll be garbage. But got dragon age and saints row to do yet, and still got to finish Far Cry and then there's the DLC for Forza Horizon, be just in time for Forza 6 when I've got those done. There's an interview with james may where said the 3 of them were a package and the reasons why were more complicated than most people understand, it was an interesting statement to make but sounds like they're off to the highest bidder. The new top gear with new presenters will either have to be something completely different which probably won't work or they'll try to replicate the topgear we all know which again won't work.
