  1. Ive found the answer, there are two sets of bulbs, one for fogs and one for running lights, you can use fog lights as running lights if they have lensed glass. There you go [emoji38] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Not sure how the XV gets round that then because they're my running lights Also the rozzers have no idea what the law says most of the time Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. You'd hate the XV then, it uses its front fog lights as running lights. So I'm always a fog light ****** Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. I'm a bit lucky in that I technically work from home so I claim mileage wherever I travel too. Definitely hate that they salt the roads. Other country's you just have to have winter tyres it's much easier. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I think this had more to do with crappy country lanes and mud than winter salt. But yes it's going to be a long winter car cleaning [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! :o It's all dirty, all this in one day, a quick trip to a site in Chester, looks like I'll be cleaning this weekend

  20. I've switched ad paying about these as last year now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Just had my insurance renewal through from Admiral, when the car was new they quoted me £299 which was fair for the value and mileage I do, today having made no fault claims, my car having devalued and nothing's changed they increased my annual premium by £155, that's over 50% increase on last year. How do they justify this. They managed to knock off about £60 as I complained. I've got insurance which is about £12 more than last year now which seems ok with inflation etc. Insurance companies are just criminals. Sick to death of changing my insurers every single year. Rant over, going online to shoot and blow up some kids that shouldn't be playing GTA anyway. Aaaarrgghh!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. That doesn't sound like the perfect get up for a car purchase Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. If it's not perforated then it will or at least turn it to metal so you can fill it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. I probably wouldn't have admitted that last bit though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Best thing you can do is use something called Hammerite Kurust, it chemically converts rust back to a form of metal, you can then paint and treat and it won't rust further. More effective than covering. Would be worth trying it out I've used it on old cars and it's been very effective. Even used it on the bottom of my radiators where they were leaking slightly, no more rust and no more leaks. It's about a fiver from Halfords. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
