    It's an iOS system crash, there is a way of rebooting it even if the iOS install is corrupt. If you search on apple support you'll find it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Press and hold the off button and menu button for about 15seconds it does a forced reset. You might find its better after that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Yep, fixing all the stuff that ain't broke, breaking the stuff that worked and forcing you to empty your entire phone so you can do the update you didn't need or want. Only saving grace is when working the iPhone is actually very good Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
