  1. I think you have to put them in 'long-hand'....a bit **** really : - ) lol
  2. Top man.....be good to put a face to a name stants :D
  3. Indeed mate......those Hankook's defo on the radar now ^_^
  4. Can't answer your question, but the thought of 7000rpm made me smile.... ....sorry...my bad ;)
  5. Ok - quick update on this one. Just spoken to my insurance company (RAC) regarding the speed rating issue. The advice I was given was that I would need to inform them, but as long as the tyre size wasn't changing, it would just get 'noted' on my policy, but other than that, they would have no problem with it :) Cue many more hours spent researching T-rated tyres now......my wife will despair
  6. Today I have mostly enjoyed watching the rain beading and running off my waxed bonnet
  7. Omg I'm banking on half of that lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Swap around arranged for next Wednesday - best get saving for a full set of 4 later this year now
  9. I'm 100% in Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I'm still on the lookout for an official Subaru Forester dog guard, if anybody is looking to get rid of one. Needs to be in good condition. The odd one comes up on fleabay from time to time, but I won't be ripped off postage-wise, which seems to be the case on there with these. They can be sent by courier for close on £10 I've found. Happy to wait for the right one :) Thanks David
  11. Me too mate. Many years ago when we rented a house just after we got married, the lad we were renting off tried to withhold our bond due to the carpets being dirty. The cheeky ****** had a nerve, as we left the house in better condition than we found it. So I took him to court, won, and got a CCJ taken out against him. He refused to pay, so I found out where he worked. I then applied to have the money deducted from his salary at source, at which point he paid up instantly - and more than he'd originally had to as he now had to cover our additional costs. Too many wankers in this world thinking they can just do what the F they like......not in my world they don't!!! 'rant ends' :P
  12. Yeah....I'd let the !Removed! try and take it to court....less than zero chance of success and he'd end up out of pocket Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. And I've fitted my new Bosch Aerotwin wiper blades....just need some rain now ;) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Thanks very much for all that....think I've decided to rotate. Going to get a local mobile tyre fitter I use to do it. He's priced it at £20 and includes balancing the current rears. No need to balance fronts as no judder or vibes from them currently through the steering. :)
  15. Right....I'm running at between 3 and 4mm on the fronts and between 6 and 7mm on the rears. Too late now for a front to back swap to have all 4 needing changing the same time? Happy to hear your thoughts Mr B Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I'll check tread depths front and back, then post back here for some further wisdom from you, if that's ok B? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Your pink fettish is spreading, Gambit ;) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Ah yes, so they do ^_^ Ok - so I'm going to be replacing 2 at a time......where do I stand using a different speed rating to the OE recommended tyre - both for insurance and safety purposes? Is it a no no really?
  19. They don't seem to make them in my required size, namely 205/70/R15 H :(
  20. I do around 15k, all on road per year. Wet and winter grip are important to me, as is a decent wear rate. Oh...it has to look a good tyre too ;) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. That should have read ( B ) for wet grip lol !Removed! emoticons haha
  22. Thanks for the feedback mate. I asked about them as they are better rated than most for wet grip (B) and noise is lower too at 69db. Funnily enough, Falkens are rated poorly for wet grip, despite the experiences of members on here.....all very confusing!
  23. Ordered afore mentioned touch up paint from my local dealer :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
