I got an auto electrician to do mine....the whole centre console needs taking out mate, so wouldn't trust halfrauds with it fella. I had my single din replaced like for like and Bluetooth mic installed for £35. Greasy job he did too, but wouldn't have fancied it myself, having watched him do it. Hi guys Trying to build my knowledge up early doors here, so feel free to tell me where to go haha Right....in probably 3 or 4 years time I will be wanting to buy a late 55 plate face lifted forester turbo (for the lower tax bracket). When the time comes, apart from the obvious (fsh, belt changes) what should I be looking out for or listening for that's different from my N/A forester? Like i say, times on my side is no rush with this one ;) Thanks in anticipation

I use tesco standard in my N/A forester and actually seem to be getting better mpg than when I use shell. Car runs well too, so you should be fine with tesco momentum :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I ran my forester with the side lights on from when I bought it as has read this somewhere too. As I run the blower on setting 1 all the time, is there no need for my side lights then to kick the alternator in? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

As per Stanton earlier this week....abused the Halfords 3 for 2 and stocked up on meguairs products....went for the waffle weather magnet towel (wanted a new one since last year), some alloy wheel spray cleaner and glass cleaner (a new product to try as my autoglym glass polish running out) :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
