  1. I'll got a squeaking when starting the engine from cold. Sounds like a belt or something, tends to go away within 10-15secs of pulling off. Any ideas?
  2. totally jelly, nothing here, just a massive pile of leaves that the wind has blown up against my house... lol hmm, Yeah worth an ask.
  3. oh really? Where did you hear that? Heard anything about them?
  4. oh i hate that mate... annoying. Anyone ever had a Powerflow exhaust? Similar to Longlife? would you recommend? I've got as quote for 550 from a powerflow dealer in Newcastle. I think he's called the Exhaust dr. lol hah
  5. Yeah its either going to be Ashington Longlife, or AAS Exhausts in Newcastle, - I've heard good things about them. Does seem a good price mate, No idea if they are any good though haha
  6. Nice mate, i've got a similar setup in my legacy :) I've found the pagid discs and pads pretty good.
  7. yeah its just so out of the way for me.
  8. Went to a longlife dealer in Middlesbrough to get quote for a new exhaust. Was quoted 450 + the cost of two tail pipes for a catback system. Which would probably turn put nearer to 550-600 quid. Wasnt very impressed really, he didnt really seem very confident and I got the impression that he hasnt worked on many subaru's. Think i will go elsewhere.
  9. I looked at doing the same with my legacy... But when i came down to it, I'd have needed the best part of 200 quid for another set of alloys, then maybe another few hundred if they needed refurbing. So i figured its easier just to get them changed over twice a year. Albeit a pain in the !Removed!.
  10. That copper sounds like a right jobs worth. Did ge try n give you a ticket or something? Id bet he pulled you hoping to do you for something else (drink/drugs/or somethings like that), then realised he couldnt do tried to do you for something else.
  11. cheers nice one mate, most of my tanks are 3-4's, although I'm close to getting my first tier 5's. Atm i'm sticking with tank destroyers and mediums, but fancy getting into the heavy tanks. I'm away this weekend, so will add you when i get back.
  12. Mind if i add you both on WOT? Be nice to have someone to play with. :)
  13. Yea its hard to get into... partly as its very unforgiving.
  14. Totally geeky, but do we have any "World of tanks" or "World of Warships" players on here? I presume not, but I thought i'd ask anyway. It's probably one of the most competitive but addictive games i've played. It's also free to play, albeit play to win.
  15. I'm not sure mate. He's moving to a new garage this week. so I'm planning to pop down one day next week so he can measure up and give me a quote. I'm hoping no more than 500 though. I did fancy using that chap in Newcastle, AAS exhausts or something like that, heard he's good but he's expensive and has a long waiting list.
  16. Evans performance in middlesbrough mate.
  17. Decided its time I got the exhaust done... Going to go with these guys in Middlesbrough - https://www.facebook.com/evansperformance.rsep/
  18. tom_gr7 I'm mostly playing world of tanks atm.
  19. well so far we've had no more dog poo incidents...
  20. So a bit of an update. I never spoke to the owner, after the third time of letting his dog **** on my lawn I was livid and just complained to the council. I had an email from them two days later staying they will send someone out from the street cleaning team to clean it up in the next few days. On the same day, the missus was off work and noticed that someone from the council knocked on their door and posted a letter through.... The same evening the dog **** had been cleaned up off my front lawn. All sorted hopefully. Until I came home tonight and noticed his dog sat in their garden on his own again... Our gardens are all unfenced, so the dog is free to do as he pleases. I do agree though, It's not the dogs fault. It doesn't look like a nasty dog tbh, but he wont know any better than to **** wherever feels comfortable.
  21. ta for the replies. I'm going to invest in some strong cayane pepper and lightly sprinkle that over the lawn.... next time pooch comes along, he'll take once sniff and wander off elsewhere. Im also going to get a sign put up in my front window. something like, "stop ya dogs !Removed! on my lawn ya dirty !Removed!".
  22. Whilst it should be a pretty minor thing, It's actually really annoyed me. Yeah he doesn't keep the dogs on a lead either, which is probably part of the problem as the dogs can wander as they please and **** wherever they fancy. Maybe I'm going to have to get some repellent or something
  23. ta for the replies. Unfortunately we rent, so we cant put a fence up. I'll have to knock on their door tomorrow and have a polite word. I was also thinking of something like these.... clicky
  24. So, got a problem... One of those "first world problems" that should really be a problem, when in perspective with the real world. Anyway, unfortunately we have new neighbours, that happen to have two small dogs. The neighbours have a habit of letting the dogs out into the street unsupervised and !Removed! wherever they please. This happens to be on my front garden, just to the left of my front door. Lovely. I've seen the dogs in the street a number of times on their own, but never caught them in the act. It's definitely a small dog, as the **** is small and probably the same dog each time, as its in the same spot each time. I have reported it to the council, as it will be a "recorded incident" then and the council can't later say, "well you never reported it, so did it really happen?" So, does anyone have any suggestions? I do plan on speaking to the neighbour when I next catch him, but if anyone else has any other suggestions that would be appreciated. Ta Rant over
  25. I dunno mate, I aint played dayz on Arma 3. I only played it for a few hours then got fed up of getting nailed by the AI.
