  1. I woke up this morning straight away saying Opie. Missus just mumbled mmm? Nothing dear you go back to sleep.
  2. Sweet. I messed up my oil order last night so cancelled it with a different company because I forgot about Opie. Sorry. Rather stick to tried and tested companies just getting my head round them all [emoji4]
  3. I have a HTC one m8 I use for a dash cam. Got a usb radio so I charge it through that. I use daily roads voyager cos I'm to tight to pay for an app [emoji51]
  4. I'll do the it all except cambelt. I owned a fiat for 6 years so I have a personal mechanic. He can do the belt. It's a bit important for me to be playing with.
  5. Ordered cambelt + water pump. Oil filter + oil. Fuel filter, air filter and spark plugs. [emoji4] Gonna be busy soon
  6. Both rear arches were done on mine 10 days before I bought it. [emoji4]
  7. You got to find one to pick first
  8. I'm insuring with Keith micheals and they told me they wouldn't charge more for any mods on the car.
  9. Ha enough said then. You got any plans for the future? :D
  10. Nice find! Must've cost a pretty penny though with that mileage. Has it had any mods? I spy a top strut.
  11. That's what got me here.
  12. Hi Hench. Really nice looking car. She looks right at home in those pics. Looks like a nice place for a bit of fun.
  13. I think this needs it's own thread. Turning into quite an event.
  14. Lucky buggers up north. I don't see anything bar rain here. Just spent 3 hours trying to get an astra with a naf starter motor started. It draws power as the lights dim but not a bean of start.
  15. New addition to my car. Always wanted a mascot. Got him for free courtesy of an ex Subaru owner.
  16. Ok, is there anything I need to do at the moment? I'd hate for it to be me that's caused the club to miss out on a stand.
  17. Keeping my fingers in the pie how we looking for this so far? I need to get my name on the list so if I have to pay upfront I'm happy to do so.
  18. I'm not sure if they fit standard. But the centre section should bolt to the downpipe. I don't think it'll matter what size the actual pipe work is. If you have a look on Scooby world it should give you an idea of what parts you'll need. And I'm sure someone with a more extensive knowledge will be along to help.
  19. I'm going for a 2.5 inch because I don't intend on putting a larger turbo on.
  20. My exhaust is the same but I have a classic. I'm going to get a centre section that eliminates the centre resonating box so that should help make it a deeper louder rumble and release a couple more ponies.
  21. Well here's my chain of thought so far I can get a Kevlar belt for £150 or I can get a belt, water pump, oil filter, oil, fuel filter, air filter and sump gasket for £150. Looking for a poke in the right direction but I think it's a no brainer.
  22. I see that when I was browsing. I've had stuff from them before for my old junker. Seem really cheap on other service parts. Oil filter fuel filter panel filter £12.50? Can't be right
  23. I'll have a little chat and see what I can do.
