    Ok...it has been done. And it can still be beaten because I had a rubbish first section. I double checked the car before racing. It is standard. No sneaky mods by me or the game [emoji14] I won't be doing it again. I saved the replay in case anyone wanted to see the run up to it. [emoji57] [emoji18] [emoji6]

    There's no service history to suggest the engine has ever been apart. That's not to say it hasn't been done. But if you heard it you'd be shocked to hear it was on 160k miles now.

    Last time I played the SA there was untrue amounts of loot. After a reset you'd find every possible drop in every location. I think they've been milking the publicity to be honest.

    Full service completed with not one difficult bolt. I'm well impressed by just how well the previous owners have cared for the car. The water pump was in pretty good nick but I put the new one on anyway. Old one can go on the spares pile. Each plug has worn equally. No lean or rich running on any of them. Oil really did need changing but nothing untoward. Oh and I apparently have variable valve timing? Can anyone explain this to me? I know my old car had it but that was n/a.

    I have tunes for all subarus in b class. Just use those. They have small power mods and sticky tyres. That's all. Each tune for each car is named SOC.

    I have about 8 different 22b's with individual tunes on them. Rather than retune them each time. I kept the standard one blue so it stands out.

    I managed to knock .230 from my first sector. If I can master the hammer head that'll get me 1:21.7

    Change the clutch to A that will help hit both clutch and gear at same time. Drop the throttle and hot the A plus gear at same time then slam throttle on. You can flat foot shift up but it unsettled the car. Do your gear change before the corner and finish braking before you turn in. Get the car nice and stable. Any squeel or loss of grip and you won't get the corner right. All helps to shave that little extra.
