  1. Another issue. It's too long lol
  2. Lol well I was told if the car don't start then the pump has a built in pressure sensor. Olly isn't at rcm today being good Friday.
  3. Yeah but different. My black box has a live and earth so it must be more than a seperate earth. The black box just branches off the pumps live/earth.
  4. Can I use the old wiring and leave it in place? My mechanic thought it might be a pressure relay.
  5. I have extra wires on my pump [emoji32] [emoji53]
  6. Ouch. Wouldn't want to be a fly on that wall.
  7. I was under the impression the fuel pump was under the rear seats? Mine is in the boot.
  8. Each to their own really del. I'm a big fan of a graphiced scoob. (Finally something we see differently Ven[emoji12] ) at the end of it all its your car and you should do as you please. The kits are pretty cheap but be careful if you plan on doing it yourself. It'll get expensive if you make mistakes. [emoji4]
  9. Is it just the needle that bounces or the engine revs too?
  10. From my experience going up to a 3" system gives a deeper burble. Do you intend on going decat at any point?
  11. They're off an earlier impreza. They're still standard just different year.
  12. Welcome to the club! First thing I did was try to tighten the loose nut behind the wheel but it hasn't worked, I'm still wobbly...[emoji19] [emoji19]
  13. I'm booked in with Duncan on 16th April. He does seem very busy and rarely answers the phone but I leave a text and he gets back to me the same/next day.
  14. Fuel Pump cover gasket arrived today so I'll be on that later today. Plenty of time before remap too. Well chuffed.
  15. Try some of the specialist companies like Adrian flux or Keith Michaels.
  16. Elephant and admiral are part of the same group so maybe it applies to all their companies.
  17. Yeah admiral wanted 1300 for me alone with no mods. I'm allowed a few mods now with no extra cost. Area does make a huge difference too. I moved about 6 mile and my insurance halved.
  18. That's a really good price. I'm 27, 6 years ncb and I pay 650 with Keith Michaels.
  19. Aww I was just reading your build thread yesterday. It's a lovely car and I agree with Stants hope she is going to a loving home and hopefully they will be on the forum?
  20. Aww [emoji20] glad you got it sold though [emoji106]
  21. Lol the tension! I hope it was here.
  22. Nothing feels more homely than that beautiful burble. So recognisable. My little ears prick up if I catch a whiff of the bub bub bub bub.
