In real world I can't see it will make much difference which one. It will quieten it down a tad probably mainly on idle. Will both see it through an mot? My thinking would be the 100 if it will pass you, 200 won't make much difference though so... -

Haven't seen out 2017 yet but had the dates through for Japshow and Japshow Finale so get them in your diaries now! Japshow - Sun 10th June Japshow Finale - Sun 23rd Sept I'll be booking up the clubs attendance early part of next year to secure another good spot. Hi Mick I would def get it up on the ramps and check the y piece, they always go! Best thing is to replace with a stainless system from powerflow or similar.
