Hi all. I need some help. Just had my intake manifold off to get it painted and after putting it back together car is broken :( It is in limp mode now, won't rev above 4.5k rpm and I think speedo is dead. Checked vss wiring and it's connected (I didn't unplug it). Battery was off for the night so ECU should be re-set. Car was mapped to all the mods I have so don't think that's a problem. I'm 99.9% sure I connected all as I should. I'm just doing another ECU reset but in the meantime anyone got any ideas? Ha, I've just had mine out. I had to slide that green bit down right to the end and plug just popped out :)

Get yourself a second hand genuine one, should be cheap as chips from a breaker and try it. I'm running Forge 50/50 recirc/atm but it has been mapped with it

If you are on a budget I would get a spare engine from a breaker (2 good ones on Scoobynet), fit it for time being and in the mean time you could open up your broken engine and slowly collect parts and then get it rebuilt.

I just got mine from OpieOils, Millers 10w40 for ~320hp WRX blob and genuine filter. Will be changing it over the weekend :)

Well, I wasn't really bothered about that extra bits for hids, had it wrapped up and packed under headlights so barely noticeable. And true, with hids on, your halogen high beam barely makes difference lol. Those projectors are bi-xenon if I can be arsed to wire them up. Then I would be able to completely get rid of halogen bulbs or perhaps paint the bowls black as well and just leave the bulbs in for flashing purpose. But right now I'm happy with how they are and won't even be installing hids in them for time being. I'll stick with some nightbreakers :)

Have you fitted it yourself? I have that exhaust and my gf has it on her bug and on both cars it seats very high, I even had to bend brackets to make it seat lower as it was constantly knocking on the undercarriage somewhere...

And the light output is much better :) Them aftermarket ones were not so good to be honest...

Its really hard to get a good picture of them due to reflections I did basically whats in this video plys I painted reflector bowl black with plasti dip. So technically this mod is completely reversible if required.

Finally (nearly) finished modding my headlights. Just need to have the lenses polished but thats some time in the future :)

I have for sale a set of aftermarket headlights for a blobeye. On a car only about 2 months. Selling as I have finally finished modding my original ones. Perfect condition, all LEDs ok. Will include HID kit fitted. £120+p&p

I think it would be better and cheaper to get a quality refurbed set that them WRX Pro ones. Managed to get some oil for mine and my gf's Scoobs, thanks :) Just one thing I didn't like on your website: when I selected my car (2003 WRX) I wasn't able to actually choose the oil I wanted, only recommended grade. I wanted 10w-40 but could choose only 5w. So in the end instead of buying a kit I had to get oil from you and filter from local shop. Not sure if it supposed to be like that or I had trouble finding my way around... Anyway, still happy with my purchase :)

Right, as I got my last piece required to fit mini H1 projectors in my headlights I'll be doing it tomorrow. Now, currently headlights are detangoed and painted black inside (so pretty standard). I am thinking about changing the colour to white. Thing is, my car is black and I'm worried headlights will stand out a bit too much. But I have quite a few white details around (alloys, stickers) so it may not be too bad but definitely would be individual. First picture shows them on an original car I saw and second picture shows them (badly) photoshoped to my car for an idea :D All opinions welcome :)
