  1. With skills like that he's lookong like a step up to moto gp next year or a trip in [emoji603]
  2. I normally find hand tightening then a further 3/4 turn should do it, can usually feel it 'nip' up with the seal. At least ours are simple to remove without getting too much oil everywhere. The mazda's was at 90% on the side of the block no matter what you did oil went everywhere :-( Got pitch stop form me mums far to foggy to do anything today though, just negotiating a price on another set of rims so I can have a summer set and winter set [emoji51]
  3. No didtance is too far ! 550mile round trip to collect mine
  4. I wanted to chop down the mother inlaws tree at bottom of garden she was adamant she was going to pay a professional to do it, he still ended up putting half of it through next doors trellis and patio furniture. Not laughed as much for a long time [emoji51]
  5. Finally dug ghe pitch stop out of the folks basement along with the brace I got off matt, just waiting fo me y pipe to arrive now want to tinker under bonnet this weekend.

  8. Had a google mainly just seem to offer rims for italian and german marques, sre they in bits for a reason ?
  9. Your heading down the right path there haha
  10. I have a funny story but it's too rude to put on here. Maybe he was measuring the circumference
  11. I'd wait till after winter least the salt isn't gonna attack your nice new rims
  12. Yep depending on car the fronts handle upto 75% of the braking load as weight shifts forward under breaking, I wouldn't worry about it even if you went round the block to get a paper they'd be hot. If you think about it the car weighs around a ton and a half so only having 4 contact areas to slow you down will generate a lot of friction
  13. Fair doings that I'd knock anoter 200 off for having to tax it too !

    Perrin vs cdf

Cheers mate, I'm gonna get the silver c shape rears as they are 40quid cheaper and the gold fronts from whitleine, perrin blanket along with the pitch stop and y pipe kit thats due when back in stock. Gonna have a day fitting everything. Only problem now is my working area in work has just been turned into a load of units [emoji35] so may be on the drive at the folks in the elements from now on

    Perrin vs cdf

While I'm at it all the droplinks are getting replaced, so again it's a toss up between cdf and whitleine

Turbo blanket to start off with
  19. Sti commands a bigger insurance premium, was chatting with nick and ash and although theres a few differences in thier ages and age of cars and locations, one being a classic uk2000 and the other a bug sti, both are putting out something in the region of 350bhp, nicks is a good couple hundred quid more to insure [emoji20]
  20. How about both al la audi. Supercharger low down beans till the turbo spools up then more boost than you can shake a stick at. Your only allowed to fit it if you have the lift up button from mad max. Shame it didn't actually do owt still looked cool as f**k to a 12 year old me [emoji51]
