Cheers I'd been wanting a rear shot form mine for a while but every time I'd taken a pic it had loads of crap background or reflections :-D thought I'd use someone else's hard work name change tomorrow hahaha
  2. Id contact whoever you bought the car from and tell them somethings amiss, Thats not right at all for it to be loosing all otd oil means theres a big hole crack in the block. Or a major seal missing amd when it's running its just pumping it out
  3. Personal preference mate, if you like it and want on stick it on. At the end of the day it's your car and balls to everyone else ! Maybe mount it with something temporary stand back have a look and see what you think, that way if you don't like it or want to move it at least you can easily
  4. When you say oil from under the car you mean it's lost it all from the sump or it's loosing it all from the underside ? When you dip the stick is there any left ? Does your car have the undertray attached may be pooling on there and dripping out. If it does is it coming from the front of the tray or the rear of it ?

Good to see they have another page or so of pics, loads of our lot there gav has a good pic of his as well as a couple of us sneaking into shot. Think theres been some photo shopping going on as mine looks good and clean ! Hardly notice the dents
  6. I'm working on a faq's section with pic loctaions of parts In engine bays amongst others but just beeb a bit busy this last week but if anyome wants to put up guides too feel free :-D
  7. Weeping rocker cover or turbo oil feed maybe ?
  8. Or a faulty clutch switch ? Have a look at pedal and above it should be electrical connection. Make sure you've not damaged wires with a wild foot !
  9. Hello, welcome back :-D
  10. You've changed man ! You've changed those extra two cylinders do strange things :-D
  11. The award for most random geekness on a thread goes to you lot, ive never seen so many men get so happy at a dangly wire :-D
  12. Topmounts arrived but sufdering a bout of manflu so didn't even open the box, new springs struts and tops to go on at the weekend :-D
  13. Ignore the post office and deal with UPS direct. We get it a lot with dhl at work so ring UPS pay and await goodies
  14. Gutted ! I'll see you Saturday then, I'm gonna get them to fit all my bits as I had to modify my spring compressors for the mazda rendering them useless for the foz :-(
  15. I thi k it's had it mine did the same looked like it was white hot on one side other was carbon have tou tried the green and black wires under sash to read codes ?
  16. I'm in the process of doing mine this week. Good indicator or how dead they are is to lift the rear arch by hand and let go not very scientific but you get the idea. Or get a tape measure and go from the inner lower edge of the rim to the body work. Not sure about your ride hieght at standard but mines 660mm Currently measuring 610mm :-( Which ever bod changed mine they only did one side so its the other one thats had it. tut tut ! It's not so noticable on mine as they stuck spring spacers on it
  17. If the lambda is unplugged you should be getting a cel light come up. Is it stored as an historical fault What did the old one look like when it came out ? Normally you can see how bad the condition is. Either that or the wires tend to go. Maybe the maff on its way out?
  18. You'll need something a little stronger or else you'll get saggy !Removed! syndrome.
  19. Usual stuff with smaller number plate finishers and bits like that. Usually has better standard equiment, more power don't have an alarm fitted as standard. Mine has large forester on the back instead of subaru lettering. The chassis numbers are shorter plus it's a 97 car, will say on your v5 if unsure too
  20. Good thing about mine being an import all the electrics are in the doors, where as uk cars I've seen have window and other switches plus low ratio box gubbins in the centre. 4 screws and the lots un done and out. Unfortunately none if my replacement parts have arrived this weekend due to courier incompetence so I've been sat twiddling my thumbs :'(
  21. I suggest you find somome with one and ask them for a ride, They are loud as hell and may be alright on a few video clips but it may get a bit too much if it's your daily drive obviously I don't know your circumstances but if you went a head and got one fitted and hated it in a coiple of weeks it's a lot of hassle and cash to put right
  22. What about tlag & bip (forum members) garage owners Send him a private message and see what they can offer not to sure where abouts theyy are in relation to you but worth enquiring
  23. Hi have you had it remapped for the bigger turbo ?
