  2. No idea mate it's jot something I've looked at before someone will be along to point you in right direction though
  3. Ah fair enough, whats your plans ? Rip it out and start again or just try and re route & improve
  4. Haha I agree completly my dad was an engineer at Devonport then went onto govt inspections of poweratations and what not but doing them for my job is just a waste of time, even jad to do one for driving my van
  5. I just wish i got my trousers paid for [emoji20] As always it gets take a bit too far, like having to wear a hi vis and hat when changing a light bulb. Im already up a bright yellow set of ladders ! Don't get me started on risk assessments grrr
  6. God peice of legislation, and your employer is bound by law to provide you with the equipmemt you need or reimburse you for it. I've not paid for any steelies or gloves for 10 years
  7. Hi mate have a read through this http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/index.php?/topic/7851-Obd-scanner-thing-wireless-recommendations Different people have tried difderent things with varying results
  8. I doff my cap sir ! After all the hard work thats gone into her so far, electrical witchcraft is far beyond my capabilities. Wouldn't have the confidence to start chopping the into the loom [emoji33] how much clearance will there be with the coils on top, is it gonna make them even harder to remove ?
  9. Nice let us know what you make of the quality as I've been lookat some of there stuff to buy
  10. I don't have anywhere to work on the car at home so have to do it in work which isn't ideal but adds to the inconvenience, I've had the i/c off before and dont want to remove it again until I have some new hoses as they were a bit haggard and don't think they'll survive another tinkering with. So I'm just stock piling some bits and will have a saturday attacking various jobs [emoji1]
  11. Never nice, you picking bits of gravel out ? Not having a go but it amazes me that people ride bicycles without gloves let alone the people I see riding motorbikes. First thing your gonna do if he worst happens is pug your arms and hands out.
  12. Just be careful, may be worth making an image or copy of the data if you can, one false move and it could be game over [emoji55]
  13. Seen it but never used it. There's a thread on nasioc about the pros and cons of royal purple vs others, I know that they tend to stay away from mobil fully synth as people reckon it causes spun bearings, I don't think they get as much choice as us over here. Mainly US brands and castrol. Plenty of good stuff availbe here, gulf, fuchs, millers to name a few and slightly cheaper with opie discount. But why not take a punt and aee how you get on
  14. Good man maths and logic applied in choice of purchase [emoji51]
  15. Have a look at the whitleine stuff just google it as everywhere sells it
  16. Thicker anti roll bar with mount and droplinks if your budget allows
  17. What do you mean mate ? The intercooler &pipeworks aftermarket so it's up to the person who's installed it as to which pipes to use
  18. Bandit country ! Always makes me think of the epsiode of phoenix nights with the Preston posse v's keighly confederates [emoji51]
  19. Hope you've got your passport, not too friendly on the other side of the hill.
  20. All 70pages lol How does a tenner posted sound ? Pm your address, bfpo ? And I'll get it recorded to you tomorrow if you can receive it like that ?
  21. Blue my52 with dark tints down roseville road at about 16.00 today And a white my61 with a low spoiler passing library pub towards headingley around 18.00
  22. Not sure to be honest mate, you read some posts saying they are the best things since sliced bread and others saying it's made my car vibrate till my teeth fell out. Not sure about your foz but if it's anything like mine it's a really weedy peice of metal with polo mints for bushes. Theres obviously some forward and backward motion or it wouldn't be fitted. I was skeptical when I bought my strut brace as people say it's just a placebo effect but when I installed it you could see the difference, my engine shakes alot prob down to the engine mounts being so old. So a pitch mount is one easy mod that doesn't require me having the car off the road for a day I'm all for trying it.
  23. Boo [emoji35] I was following a van for a company based in leeds thw other day that said they did hybrids amongst others. It's something that's on the wishlist thats as long as my arm.
  24. Right peeps seeing as no one knew I emailed whitleine, this is what I got back Hi Adam, Thank you for your enquiry. Apart from colour there is no difference – W23480 was introduced as an alternative to the now discontinued KLC19. The W23480 is not coloured to offer an alternative with the strength of KLC26 without the looks compared to the KLC26. Kind Regards, So these are 30-40 quid cheaper because they arent gold ! Bargain if you ask me
