November 4, 20169 yr Hi all, I have just joined even though I have had my blue WRX from new since 2004! It's standard apart from afterburner back box and I had the wheels refurbished last year. I changed the colour of the wheels to anthracite and had the brake calipers painted red with black Subaru decals. It's done 65000 miles and touch wood apart from servicing and tyres nothing has ever broken.

November 6, 20169 yr Author Hi Geoff, Yes this is my only car, I only do around 5000/5500 miles a year on average. My commute is only a 3 mile round trip hench the low mileage. I have 5 people who constantly ask me to sell it to them! I am considering getting something newer but I would probably be better off putting it in the garage as it's in such good condition it won't loose anymore money.
November 6, 20169 yr That's great then. I'm lucky enough to have a shortish commute too. I'd be 100% with you on keeping and garaging it. That's what I've done with my second car.
