June 11, 201411 yr I just picked dead bird out the front of the car. Looks like I avoided any damage. Temps have been fine. The bird had gone all crispy though. Temps have been the same. June 12, 201411 yr OBDII reader arrived today. Does anybody know if 'old' CEL generating codes linger in the system once the light has gone off (before I get the chance to plug it in later)?
June 12, 201411 yr Been a couple of days now since the MAF was cleaned on my car and still running sweet so once the Vac and Exhaust leak have been fixed should be running spot on! Must have been like that all the time I've had it, also could be why my turbo seems to vary in spool up time.
June 12, 201411 yr Author David, yeah old codes are stored should be a function on the software to scan for historic faults and clear them. Whoop ash looks like an early christmas. Today I've mainly been for a hundred mile blast on the Yorkshire dales pub lunch and a slight recon for the nbo meet up point loads of other scoobs around but all random haha and passed my local subaru dealer have a new impreza in registered on their private plate. So I'll be off there tomorrow for a better look. Habe to say looked much better in the flesh.
June 12, 201411 yr Don't know if my post went up or not but could I pick some brains what's the difference in height between standard wrx suspension and standards forester suspension I've just been told it will lower the ride hight of my forester but how much??? Thanks lol

June 12, 201411 yr Yeah when he bought it. I can't remember if it was STI now. But yes he wanted to off road it well he did off road it in style :) He's still on here. But I know he sold them on to another member on here already :(
