Right just to let you know might be a small price change in the tickets nothing I can do about that spoke to Steve Japfest 2 he had to put money too to cover the costs but it won't be much more I wouldn't have thought. But thought best pre warn people :)

No worries do you have any idea of when pennies will need to be paid ?

Need an idea how many people are camping or not, my decision hinges on this lol

I've just emailed steve with all the details I think they will need to be a few options with it myself on what people are going for. I guess when people pay if they let me know what they have gone for I will update the sign up section if people have gone for the full weekend or part of it. 

I'll speak to ash & nick see what their plans are

Well my plans depend on others too haha!

I'm happy to go on the Saturday and camp if there's a few others doing this. Otherwise I'll just head down early on Sunday morning. Need to know who's wanting to camp really.

Haha well, I've not used my tent for three years and in that time I've lent it out so god knows what state it will be in when I put it back up, I do however havr a kettle 3 ring gas stove and all the trappings for a good breakfast.

Not sure if gas burners are allowed on site ? Only mentions no open fires.

Eithet way I'll camp if theres a few of us if not I'll just meet you two in Sheffield on the sunday.

I was going to head the day before if I can meet up with everyone on site on the Saturday night I will do for a drink if im allowed on then meet up again on Sunday.

I,m staying in the ibis hotel on the Saturday night, so might see some people down there.

Not booked yet but I'd say be likely Ibis again crap hotel but for one night it's better than nothing. :)  

Can we have a headcount as to who's doing the weekend and what accomodation they are opting for ?

Camping to the left of strip, stands to the right as you drive in, stands can't get se up till Sunday morning, camping area ok toilets and food stuff close ,

Should be around 6 or 7 of us in my lot, looking to have laugh and make the most of it all

Although that sleeping bag thing looks good I can't justify the price if I only use it once a year,

I'm getting Steve to sort out some payment6 forms like what we had before for japfest 2. But trying to arrange it so people can choose on the form which they want full weekend or Sat/Sun

Just wanted to say, last night Crimewatch ran a story about a woman being raped by two blokes whilst camping at  Santa Pod. Not sure which specific show, but it was recent. Worth being extra vigilant I'd say.
