I remember once I forgot about an MOT on my car I had one that ran out in October so did that thought it was April the other one but that was one of the other cars. Wasn't until I cam to tax the car in January I had realised it had expired also in October and I had been driving it around with out a care in the world :D And that's why I have all 3 things n January to do now :(

My understanding is 2003 to 2008 was the second gen. So I'd say it depend on the model to what BHP it is. As in XT limited XT sports XS And I thought the XT was about 224 BHP but I could be wrong. And I would say all of them from 2003 up to 2008 would be the same maybe a slight increase over the years maybe to make it look like you're getting more from getting the newer model.

Twice a year might be ok if you only do 10k miles a year I'm sure a little over that won't hurt too much.

I've been with mine for about 10 years now I think so doubt I will move unless they try to take the **** :) MOT I think will pass with no problems anything that was faulty I've changed and had done when it's needed it. (Fingers Crossed) And Tax is just a ball ache I grudge paying :( but I guess to stay on the right side of the law I must do it :(

5k was for the classics and 7.5k for newage. But I always still go by the 5k mark as a guide but have gone past it a few times but not by much.

I like the white one just because of the trim I think :D But agree noting worse than seeing two the same. :)

I'd say with the darker colour you see more of the lines and ridges, the white hides them better.

And just to add about the milage I've seen many people with over 200k and still going strong. We've even got a chap on here some where that has one

Well the bug can look nice I've loved mine for many years. I've also said burns won the wrc in 2001 and at the end of the day its a scooby. Even if I'm going hawkeye route soon [emoji6] and have a blobeye in the garage also. I would never be put off having a bugeye and as the picture can be made to look amazing. But I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder lol

I'd say the same as Stants unless you have another set you can use over winter. But I'd go with the darker Alloys with the white I think it would look smart
