  1. Throw out bearing I think they call it by the sounds of it. If it is it will get worse :( have you tried to pull off with the hand brake o slowly until it grabs see if it squeals again ?

    Is'nt that just about every footballer :D I agree They keep going on about Gerrard or Rooney being world class. Bull Sh@t world class do it every week and win games every now and again doing something that's maybe a little special with a 40 yard screamer or a great pass across a field doesn't make you world class. I know some people have said they're getting too old now Rooneys 28 Gerrards maybe at the point of being over the hill for the game or border line but I still think they're our best two players and still needed to help the younger ones like 12 year old Sterling even if they was moved to benchwarmers I think they still need to be in the team. Lets face it look at Italys team I would have said they was old :D I would also blame the media they always look for someone to blame and everyone seems to go with it like Beckham. I just think Rooneys turn this time round. I still think we will get through but lose the 1st game game after group stages. Despite my comment on facebook about having a new Captain next week called Roger Smith.. He's the pilot on the return flight.

  6. I think it will be the Hospital has said they can't do anymore now and he's ok to go. But have a feeling it's still not good news I thought they would have made more of it if he was pulling through :(
  7. Update Michael Schumacher is no longer in coma and has left Grenoble Hospital, his manager has announced. Schumacher has been a patient at the hospital for over five months following a skiing accident at the end of December in which he suffered severe head injuries. Schumacher's life is believed to have been saved by the helmet he was wearing at the time of the accident, which split in two upon impact. It was announced at the end of January that the 'waking up progress' had begun in Schumacher's treatment, but a paucity of updates since then has prompted growing fears about his condition and hopes of a recovery. However, in a heartening and unexpected announcement, it's been revealed that Schumacher is no longer in a coma at the hospital in the south of France and has been moved to an undisclosed location. 'Michael has left the CHU Grenoble to continue his long phase of rehabilitation. He is not in a coma anymore,' a statement, released on Monday morning, read. The news that the seven-times World Champion has left the facility is the first official update on the German's condition since April when it was reported that Schumacher was showing signs of 'consciousness and awakening'. No fresh details about Michael's condition have been supplied, with the latest statement adding: 'For the future we ask for understanding that his future rehabilitation will take place away from the public eye.' The statement in full 'Michael has left the CHU Grenoble to continue his long phase of rehabilitation. He is not in a coma anymore. His family would like to explicitly thank all his treating doctors, nurses and therapists in Grenoble as well as the first aiders at the place of the accident, who did an excellent job in those first months. The family also wishes to thank all the people who have sent Michael all the many good wishes to Michael. We are sure it helped him. For the future we ask for understanding that his further rehabilitation will take place away from the public eye.' More to follow... Hopefully be followed up with some more good news. And not that he's still in a vegetable state

Sorry mate should have just said you get used to just using abbreviations of the names just automaticly think people know what you mean :) I'm not too sure on the size sorry and cleaning doesn't always help. Well I've had it before the MAF ( <I will use it now :) ) problem tried to clean the 1st one didn't help at all their very sensitive. If someone has used a filter like a K&N oiled reusable filter thats enough to kill one so if it is that check the air filter too. Anyway so I got a 2nd hand one of ebay same problem bought another dead MAF :( This was all without any ECU light on so was guessed. Bought another one not cheap :( and like magic it worked :) Other things that can course it though is any split or broken lose pipes would need a water spray and carefully go around the rubber hoses. Spark Plugs and coil packs or the leads if they have gone will be rough idle too.
  9. I have that same problem the Swallows make nests every year in the out building where I live I kid you not twice when washing the car did I have 2 bird ****'s to clean off the roof before I had even finished :(

  13. Oh right didn't know that thanks for the heads up mate. I thought they all came from the same one, so the chances are low of both going at the same time then you think :) . I changed the fluid yesterday hoping it would sort the rough gear change out but since doing it the clutch is really low changes gear better than it did but clutch is only about an inch from the floor before it disengages again then sticks then flicks up. I've bled the crap out of it nearly half a tub of fluid I've pushed through yesterday trying to sort it thinking it was air locked. I've even bought a proper brake and clutch bleeding kit today. But I'm sure it's the slave cylinder only explanation I have :(

    I see loads of people Rooney hating. He was playing on the left wing not a spot he likes has said that in the past and set up our 1 and only goal. Not his best game I agree, I'm interested to see what he plays like next game. But I think there was more than one play that had a poor 2nd half.

  18. I would still read them just incase the bulbs had it. But I would pull the plug off the MAF see if it stalls. I'd say most of the bad idle problems will be MAF related :(
  19. It's very possible with the car running pull the plug off the MAF to see if it stalls out There is a few things that can be linked to poor idling but if it's had an oiled filter in I would put money that is where the problem is :(

Hi mate welcome to S.O.C Sites I would use are Opie Oils and Import Parts Should be able to get everything from there. both very helpful with Questions Opie Oils give us Discount too on oils so thats a bonus. Tim who works for them on here and has a thread if you need to find what's the best oils to use. Unfortunately I have spoke to Import Parts but turned down the offer of them being on here to advertise, which was a shame as we have about 8 sister club forums so could have covered across a massive board of car makes :( But for a service be looking at - 1 X 5 Litres Oil - 1 X Brake Fluid - 1 X Oil Filter - 1 X Fuel Filter - 4 X Spark Plugs - 1 X Panel Air Filter If cambelts due I would recommend doing it all get a full kit with water pump costs more but in the long run could and more likely save you money and give you peace of mind :D Cambelt / timing belt Cambelt Tensioner Idlers Water Pump

  23. How much do you want for it ? And is it better you think to change the slave and the master cylinders at the same time ? I'm feeling it might be wise move as it's all done then. Still not sure if to get new or 2nd hand though.
  24. Nice I will get one looks like a clutch slave cylinder has now beat the turbo blanket to being bought 1st :( And I can see what you had a hard time getting it on that plumbing couldn't have sat more in the way if you wanted it too :)
