:( bit of a blow. But like you say if you might be working up that way not to bad fair drive up there to get it otherwise. What do the normally sell for I've not looked at them to buy.
  2. That be great thanks. Might help someone else in the future looking though that might not have the know how :D
  3. I had to make MDF donut rings to get bigger speakers in mine. As for the sound system I like my Kenwood stuff but have since built a touch screen PC so everything's Mp3 now :D and you are right the Scoobs don't like the cold mornings that much but once warmed up should be fine like you said :)
  4. Glad to hear that mate :) yeah I know it's only a matter of a few mil can make a difference :D

Bargain I'd be tempted to buy it and mull it over could always sell it on :)
  6. I would check the earth mate and the resistors, another common thing that happens is people force the wrong bulbs into the headlights and rear lights that can also make the lights work but stop fog or break lights from working so I would check those too if you have not long bought the car. And welcome to S.O.C
  7. Right sorry guys forms not getting emailed like 1st planned. So can you now please use this form http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/4782-japfest-registration-form/ to send payment. I will delete all the info you have sent me too. Sorry for the messing around. The sooner the better after looking how many clubs have booked in already :D
  8. Can people just use this for the Castle Combes Japfest until it's been booked thank you

I've seen them and agree they are massive but I do like the looks of them on the wagon I think it makes it look a bit more of a hatch look
  10. Looks very nice I always like a sneak peek :)

Arrrr now it's almost pointless me saying anything :D But it goes along the same lines as BoofleGem ;)
  12. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C and least getting the bearings done won't need to worry about them for awhile :) And please feel free to share any pictures when you get her and have a look around the forums and join if you like too all friendly bunch here, we're happy to talk about car or any random rubbish :D
  13. I will say good choice then :D And thats fair enough was just interested to see what the plan was for asking :)
  14. Only thing I could find is this but does sound like an ideal place to meet up with other owners :) http://squires-cafe.co.uk/whats_on_at_squires/index.asp
  15. I have to ask why would you want to do away with them ? or are you after a sleeper looking car. Personally I like the vent's on your car and I love the power bulge of the scoop on the bonnet as you look over it from the drivers seat. I mean please don't get me wrong it's your car and I will always say do what you want with it, I'm just interested as of your plan to remove them :)
  16. Will see what I can do I know one guy who might but know he's looking at a rifle at the minute depends if I can convince him :)
  17. Great job Gem looks spot on. Just need to get Steve to sort these stickers out I have emailed him for ya :D
  18. Have to let us know how it goes and if you feel like it pictures are good let others know how you did it if it works I won't discourage that :D
  19. Not sure a stutter when cold would be a MAF problem I normally found it's when warm the problem would happen but seeing how many different types of problems and how it affects other cars you never know Quick video here anyway Best video is here and as he says not all can be cleaned
  20. I'm hoping it's going to stay dry now for a few days will try get mine washed in the week I could wax it in the garage but I always miss bits not the same under daylight trying :(
  21. I don't blame you mate it's what I would try 1st I like quick cheap fixes ;)
  22. I will ask about for you mate I know it's a snatch at that. I just know i wouldn't even get chance to use it have petrol power boats I can use on one of the ponds and never get time :(
  23. I don't blame you mate I did start like that myself before the engine rebuild and going for the K&N induction at the same time. My advice is I wouldn't try clean the MAF it's super sensitive and have myself 0 results of trying :( Thats not to say it doesn't help I might have just had lot's of bad luck but if it's working don't try fix it is my advice :D
  24. No problem mate. Only other thing I would try is maybe look at getting pretty good nick one from a breakers.
