  1. Told you, always buy with PayPal, easily the safest bet these days. Glad to hear your sorted Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Talk about rules for them and rules for us, not that I'm worried because I'm now in the "us" part of that sentence [emoji39] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. You back a team and can get free stuff as they progress, search for it on google. You've got until the 15th to sign up. I've joined team fear which is sort of the British team. Sorry, this is a little off topic, wants to be in the forza horizon 2 thread really Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. 16th for demo, you signed up for forza fuel ? We need to get an SOC club going ASAP Parked mine just in Liverpool, I little scared as there was a pile of bricks nearby [emoji12] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Trouble is everyone thinks subarus only come in one format. WRC rally type cars. They're a bit stunned when they find out there's actually a range of cars and that the rocket ships actually only account for a small %age of sales. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. We've got a new forester diesel while wife's XV is in shop, it's a very good engine/gearbox combination to be fair. Cruises nice on motorways and is pretty easy around town. XV is the same as it's the same configuration. Not sure about the outback diesel but I imagine its a similar configuration as the forester and XV on the new ones. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Well that's just rude, I usually get "what is it?" Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Just washed mine, even waxed and blacked the wheels, hoovered and detailed interior. Picking up clients tomorrow. Also had some guy stop me to ask about the car, asked what the engine was, had the cheek to ask if but was a Toyota engine as it was a diesel, he thought I'd stuck the boxer badge on the back myself. He was a bit stunned when I said it was a Subaru engine and a diesel, he was even more surprised at the fact it was a boxer still Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. PayPal are really quick and usually refund straight away and let the seller fight to get it back, they usually don't. PayPal refunded money to me within a few days. PayPal are quicker than eBay for refunds. You'll be fine, the seller would have to prove he delivered the items to you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Well I've been running Shell Diesel Nitro for a couple weeks now and I've been monitoring how the car performs and the fuel economy. Upshot is, the car actually runs better on standard Shell Diesel, fuel economy is better, the car runs a little less jumpy when pulling away, there might be a very slight drop in responsiveness between the nitro and the standard but to be honest it's not worth the extra bucks. Fuel economy dropped from around 56mpg to around 52/3mpg. It's had a full tank of standard diesel now and it seems a bit happier. Not sure the boxer diesel likes the nitro. 11. The truth is out there, trust no one, especially Gambit when he asks you to come see his puppies. Actually I'm surprised he's not been on, I assume he's "treating" someone on his dungeon [emoji39] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. It's more likely to say welcome to the pleasure dome, or welcome to hell Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. His dungeon is like a black hole, anything that goes in never comes out. I reckon he's got a load of people down there as s*x slaves and probably a few animals and a robot, half of the contents of Anne Summers. And probably some other stuff, basically animal, mineral or vegetable Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Not anyone human anyway[emoji12] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Oh dear [emoji22] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Boooo, hissss old joke [emoji3] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Our dealer phoned up about wife's car, they've had it a week now, no solution tooth problem as yet. Got the main regional Subaru tech coming in on Monday to see if he can sort it. Looks like its a bit of a problem, I reckon we might be looking at a replacement car at this rate, they're already in discussions with Subaru to see if that can be arranged which doesn't sound promising with regards her car. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Why would anyone want to arm a s*x toy? Oh, arm-a-dillo! Sorry [emoji12] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. The choices we make in life define not only ourselves but how we are perceived by others. It also defines whether we lead the crowd or blindly follow it. Philosophical thought for the day [emoji4] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Do you know what, I haven't managed to find a way to turn off the airbag detection. It's an automatic system, if you put a child seat in it it's active, you need a rear facing seat I don't think (from what I can make out) that you can use a forward facing seat in the XV or forester. I'll have another look though see if I can work it out. I don't have kids so it's not something I've looked at Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I was being kind, the next gen looks even worse :P
  22. Ok seriously? Qashqai? Why are there so many? They're apparently the biggest car on the Motability list so its the one everyone on disability wants. Nissan sell 40000 Qashqai a year, this means everyone has one and they're not exclusive. Subaru currently only sell about 3500 XV a year. Now the killer blow, a 2.0l 4x4 Qashqai will be about £27k (because nearly all Quashqai aren't 4x4) the same XV £23k (even the bottom of the range has full 4x4) the Nissan has 1 2yr 50k warranty that you can pay 2 grand to extend to 60k 3yrs. Subaru is a standard 100k 5yr warranty. as standard the basic XV has heated seats, cruise control, bluetooth. you want all that in a nissan, you'd better get your credit card out. and now the looks The Nissan Quashqai jelly mould, boring and bulbous. And the Subaru XV Nuff Said!
  23. What's strange about a man requesting a woman wear a pinny and do some housework? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Pretty sure you can but I'll check as not a feature I've ever needed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Subaru means Severn sisters and is in relation to the Pleiades constellation, and it is pronounced the way he is. Though he is a nob. As for the car, I doubt my wife would let me have one, though I can see me seriously considering it in the future, I'm getting to the age where I could use my mid-life crisis card [emoji39] Shame they didn't put an STi engine in it, that's what's really needed, a bit of boost [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
