Really, I reckon even I could give an Audi A4 a run unless it was one of the sports ones or a turbo and I drive a diesel

do you ever get the feeling that some people have way too much time on their hands?

That's something I'd be interested as my Diesel turbo chatters sometimes and mines all standard so I'm wondering if its something I should be calling dealer about? not up enough on turbos. I do know that the turbo is really loud (sounds like a truck turbo sometimes) and sounds like it has a dump valve or something when you change gear. . . but its a standard diesel. any thoughts from those in the know? I got 5 years warranty so not massively worried but if it needs looking at I'd rather do it now.

Ha Ha that's funny, I drove from Manchester to Stafford 60miles with the fuel light on and then didn't bother filling up until the next day, the joys of diesel and 60mpg

I used to have a LWB Landrover and I had z brake failure I rolled into the Audi in front and tapped it, I thought that was lucky. When he pulled forward the boot lid was half way up the rear windscreen and the boot looked like an exploded cartoon shotgun. Not good, not done what you did fortunately but sympathise. They'll be Nissan Qashqai or Audis, generally. They're all nobs. Anyway I cleaned and waxed both XVs today, now off to depress myself buying a sofa and carpets
